Great...They found leak and fixed it

This was the 2nd time I've used Progressive Roofing; positive experience both times. First called on them in 2015 to fix a leak in our roof. Brought them back out late 2017 to inspect our flat roof before all of the winter snow. They recommended repairs that included removing and replacing two sections of the roof where the wood was rotten. Very professional and reliable; I would use them again (but hope I won't need them for awhile :-)

the technician came as expected for the assessment, he was very professional and thorough. he said they would email the quote, they never did. I called three times, left messages, no response. I understand if they are too busy to do the work, but at least send the quote and let me know they can't do it so I start looking elsewhere.

Very well, he inspected my roof and resealed the nail heads. When I need roof repairs or a new roof I will definitely use them again.

The appointment went well, but there was no follow-up with an estimate or time to perform the work. I called a couple of times in an attempt to get a response. No follow-through by the company. Very disappointed.

Roof inspection went well. They are a small business with limited employees. However, they are professional and ready to render good service. yes, I will hire them again.

I was impressed with Progressive Roofing from start to finish. Progressive Roofing had a practical solution to address our water leakage issues. The workers were timely, polite, diligent and very thorough with clean-up. I would highly recommend Progressive Roofing based on our personal experience.

It took me more than 4 months of trying and calling (April 28th - Sept 12) for someone to finally come to my house. When they came, they spent maybe 15 minutes looking at my roof and I was told that I would have a quote for the requested service within few days but no response or any contact was received after that initial visit to date. The offer on Angie's list says that $99 I paid would cover roof tune up but tune up was done at all. Overall, I am not sure what I paid $99 for. I would love to receive a refund if the company is too busy to provide the service they offer.

Work was done quickly and ahead of schedule. Had one incident following the install but they returned and repaired the problem.

The work was done on time and on budget and fully resolved our problem - heavy rains today were a great test that the work passed with flying colors. They found a couple of additional issues while they were here and took care of them without adding anything to our final bill. Note that they include a 1 year workmanship guarantee. Arturo even made a follow-up trip to our house to explain what was done and why. I can't speak highly enough of this company and of Arturo in particular.

Progressive came out several times to assess and then fix. Everything was very efficient, clean and timely. They were very responsive anytime we had questions and additional help and came out to try to figure out what the issue was several times

Job was done in two days. Job crew was aware of the difficulties working in a congested neighborhood with a lot of expensive homes.

He repaired all loose and missing shingles for a very reasonable price.

Well, as far as I know. The roof isn't leaking!

Took awhile for us to hook up but we finale where able to. They came out and did a full inspection on the roof and all the flashing. They made minor repairs on some of the flashing and sealed some of the nails that were popping out. In the end they gave me the inspection sheet that has a lot of details on the repairs (some he took a picture of with his phone). I felt good about the repairs because there where a before and after pics. He did not try to push any other sales on me and said the roof can make it another 5 years. This seemed right because we had it replaced in 2001 so 17 years is about right.

Great! High quality, professional work with zero leaks since repairs were completed. Plenty of sealant applied complete with painting touch-ups to match the rest of the house.

Progressive was timely and efficient and easy to deal with.

It did not go well. They wanted to charge me for different things to inspect my roof. We had some hail damage and I wanted them to come out and inspect my roof and the guy didn’t come out with the right ladders or anything. They were ill prepared. I have a really big house, I told them that before they came out. We have a lot of elevation and he couldn’t even get up the ladder. It was a total waste of time. My interaction with them was poor. They didn’t do anything. He got here on time. I would not use them again in the future.

They eventually came and inspected the roof, took some pictures but we only got ONE. They said we had damage from hail and that they could replace/repair the roof. They didn't attempt any minor repairs which was part of the bargain. They never got back to us about repair
