Progressive was very prompt with their response to our request for service. They provided a quick and very reasonable price after their inspection. The completed all work in one day. Most importantly, though repairs beyond the original contemplated damaged area were uncovered during their work, they produced a complete repair of the affected roof section and sealed additional areas beyond their requirement. All at no additional charge. I would immediately go back to Progressive for any roofing requirements and give them my highest recommendation.

Hired roof inspection and maintenance package. Took a little while to get to the correct person but he was very responsive. I had requested an estimate on some gutter and siding work but have not heard back them after a week so I may look somewhere else.

He came on time and got the job done. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

They showed up performed the inspection, fixed the loose shingles and gave me a summary of the roof. They did not up selling or stating the roof is bad and I need a new one now. What they did was to tell me to keep on a couple of stops were it was starting to get soft because there are three layers on top, he recommend when it was time to replace have all the shingles removed and have some of the boards replaced so the next round of shingles will last longer with no leaks.

provider was courteous and was delayed as per schedule. He made sure he called to inform us every 30 minutes.

They were courteous, professional and on time. He honest about not being able to perform the work, and suggested that I get a refund for the deal I had purchased.

It went very well. We feel very fortunate to have hooked up with Progressive Roofing. All aspects of the job were performed superbly. They were polite, patient, and experts in their view of available options both to re-shingle the house and to install the skylights. The tear off and re-shingling was remarkable for how quickly it occurred: a single day. The aftercare support was also polite, prompt, and professional.

It went very well. On Thursday, Arturo came to examine the roof & gave me a very reasonable & fair price estimate. Next day a crew came & repaired the damaged roof. They were fast, competent, friendly & professional. I'm pleased and will use Progressive again, probably not only for roofing but for other types of repairs that Angie's List says they do. I've added Progressive to my go-to list of contractors.

It was good. We had two spots that I thought had some leakage. I don't see any more leakings. It went well. Whatever time he set up, he came and showed up. He called right away and he came out right away. There was no additional fee to the service. The guy's knowledge of the roof stood out.

They were really good, and I would have a hard time making a choice. I would use them in the future.

I had the person from the company that put a new roof on this home from the previous owner come out to repair or stop the leak because they put on the new roof on. He didn't seem like he knew what he was doing but talked like he did and he caulked or repair the wrong part of the leak. The leak came back the next time it rain. It was a shame that a roofing company couldn't back up what they did for such a big job. I decided to call Angie's list and came across Progressive Roofing. They came on time and very profession. I show the gentleman the area where the leak was coming from and he also he went up to my attic to take a look at where is was coming from. His crew and him did an inspection of my roof but there was no need because it was still a new roof job. The great thing is that they sealed the area that was causing the leak. So far there has been a little be of rain and no leaks! It was fairly a minor job but to be able to get it right and done quickly is great. That was all i was looking for was to stop the water from penetrating my home. Splendid job!

It was fine. They recommended to do more but they did some minor repairs. I didn't pay anything extra. They were on time, friendly and professional. They should have a little more information and better timeline as to when a roof replacement would have been needed. He was kind of vague about that. It was a good price. He probably did a good job. They were on time.

Oscar was great. Despite originally contacting him on the only clear day in the midst of the storms of winter for an inspection, he remembered us and fit us in on the first clear day. He and his guys finished up in a morning, left no mess, and were very respectful of the neighbors. Oscar also explained the problem and his proposed solution very clearly, giving options and a recommendation.

Aurturo is incredible. He is very easy to get ahold of and shows up on time every time. He was able to quickly identify the cause of our roof's leak (multiple other providers had looked and were unable to find it and wanted to just resurface the whole roof). Their prices are extremely reasonable and the service provided was excellent. The team quickly resolved the issues in just a few hours. I would definitely recommend Progressive and would use them again.

The company took too long to get back with me. I felt like I was always chasing them down to fix my roof, it took them about a month from the time I first contacted them to actually come out and do the work.

Arturo had helped us with fixing couple of our lose sidings before and was quick to respond so I called him for another project (a leak above our front door). He sent his friend Oscar and was given a quote and was told he will come back and fix the issue back in September of 2015. I waited for a month, no response so I called Arturo - he had Oscar call me back and was told when he is in my area next time, he will stop by and fix it. Of course I waited for 6 more weeks - so I called again. I was told the same thing that they will stop by - No response again. I am sure it has something to do with the size of the job so they should change their motto to say we only do big jobs so customers like me don't keep waiting for them to respond. I normally do not give anyone bad reviews but I gave Progressive Roofing and Construction Inc. multiple calls and waited more than 5 months and then had to get the work done by someone else.

Very responsive, especially considering the wrong address (my previous address) somehow got listed on the invoice so they went to my old address! Oscar was kind about it, told me no problem, and that something could be worked out. He called me back shortly after and said he could get to my new place (35 min away). Worked quickly, patched up a few areas, let me know my roof was in general good health and didn't try to push for more services to be performed. Would use again!

What nice people. Aurturo came to the house. They were a little late because they got held up by two freight trains..however..they called twice. And, when they got there they apologized several times. I appreciated their effort at timeliness, but the trains there are unpredictable. Two men went up on the roof, which is essentially flat. While up there he "eyeballed' the garage as well. I was afraid that all the shingles in the gangway, which came down during the recent high winds, were from my roof. Aurturo assured me that they were from my neighbors. He caulked up on the roof..showed me the pictures. He caulked inside a gutter which drips at the elbow and annoys me. He cauked inside the overhang on the front stoop. He explained , in detail, the condition of the roof. We talked about how long I have until the roof will have to be replaced. He is a super nice man: very professional, knowledgeable and I would certainly consider calling them again for another estimate when it is time for that roof. I was glad that I met them

It went well. I was not at home at the time, but my sister was there for any questions. She was so impressed that she had the provider come to her house a few days later to do the same service.

Guy climbed up on the roof for an inspection. Informed me throughout the whole process of what he was looking for and what needed to be done. He glued loose roof tiles. Would use him again. Great job!

I agreed to the additional repairs, and about 2 weeks later, the crew showed up and replaced a boot around one vent pipe in the rood and pulled away some vine, at my request. They were here about an hour. Several weeks later, the owner called and said he was coming by to collect his bill. I had not received an invoice, and told him that I would not pay anything until I received an invoice from his company. About six months later I got an invoice in the mail for $650.00 which didn't itemize any services or supplies. I refused to pay that much for the minimal work that was done, and sent a check for $250.00. I will not use Progressive again, and I cannot recommend them to anyone else.

Initially there was a missed appointment on their part. Then, understandably due to weather concerns (It was Dec and Jan) we had multiple cancellations. However, I had to initiate each call, I was never call after we both agreed weather was too bad for a reschedule. When I Arturo and Oscar finally came out I was told my roof was to "peaked" and they would need special equipment and harnesses but due to the multiple cancellations, they would perform the Big Deal service. "We will come by next weeek, you won't need to be home, we will call the day before". No one called, no one came, so after 3 months of trying to have my roof inspection, I asked for a refund.

Progressive roofing came in and repaired some damage from a windstorm to my roof. They came fast they charged an affordable price and they provided a great service. Oscar was great to work with and they replied to my need quickly.

They were alright. They were okay. I paid $129 and all they did was hammer something on the side. They left like within five minutes. The quality of their service was pretty good. They were efficient. It did not take them no time. They were on time and their professionalism was fine. They did a pretty good job, but I thought for the repair I had, it might have been lower, but that Angie’s List price was not coming out, other than that, they were good. I have no problems with them. I would tell a friend that if they need a minor repair to use them.
