They were very clean. They were extremely responsive even when I thought I had an issue with a wrong order and they were able to reassure me that what I had ordered was right. They answered my questions very professionally.

I would give them all As. They haven't done the work yet, but I have ordered the work to be done.

Had an initial issue that the door was hitting porch light when opened all the way. When I called with the concern about the door clearance, they sent out a different technician the next day and he adjusted the light so the door cleared it.

It took a bit of time to schedule the install, think we got a bit lost with the holidays. Once we got on the schedule, was quick and painless. Love our new door.

They were very good. We got all wood windows.

I'm very pleased with both, and the professionalism and care that went into the work on site. Also appreciated the support I got dealing with an unexpected issue with my city regarding the work permit. Highly recommend.

Super job from selection to installation.

They did a superb job. I would call them again. Given the difficulty of the job, it was done within a reasonable amount of time. The cost was cost effective as well.

My father handles most of that information. My mother and I were mostly going to look at the doors and see what we like. My father handles the money part of it. In terms of some of the other companies we saw they were reasonable and probably a little cheaper. Their quotes were a little cheaper than what we had gotten and their door was closer to what we wanted. When we went to the showroom we found we did not like that door, but it was their standard door and the cheapest we had although it sounded good on paper. Their showroom had nice door samples. After he gave us the quote we found out what time he would be at the showroom and I think we went their once and he wasn't there. We actually set up an appointment with him.

We did have a problem with the door itself and they came back. So far, they have been very good. I have no problem with them.

The process of picking the door, side glass panels and hardware was really hard for me...there were so many wonderful choices! Once the actual finished door and glass panels were installed, I was amazed at how it completely transformed not just the outside of my home, but I love walking past my door within my home as well. Everyone who comes to my house notices there is something different about it! I really love it. Unfortunately, the installer noticed an imperfection on some of the panels. They insisted the door be replaced at no charge. When the new door came, once again, there were imperfections. This was the manufacturer's issue and not Next Door's, but they, once again, were so over the top accommodating and insisted the door be replaced AGAIN at no charge. The door looks fabulous and the installation was done to perfection. Bottom line, this company stands behind their product, has tremendous follow-up and follow-through, and does a wonderful job in all areas of the process. They are true professionals and I recommend them without any hesitation to anyone wanting a gorgeous door!

The windows work was excellent and the siding work was very good.

This was a long process but the end result was well worth both the time and money. I'm giving Next Door an A for the installation. I would rate them an A-/B+ for the entire process. The sales took 2 visits to finalize. Alex was very nice and professional. I had a bit of an unusual job since there is a window above the exterior which also had to be replaced. We finalized the contract back in June. The project management portion of the job is my only complaint with Next Door. I had 2 questions along the way that were never answered via email. However, the installer did handle one of the questions at the job with ease so that made my life much easier. The order and delivery of the door was slower than anticipated but the setback was only 2 weeks. The installation was fantastic. Carl was on time, professional, and just really good. He handled all the complexities of the job without complaining to me. He just got the work done and it looks awesome. This more than made up for the difficulties during the project management phase and is the reason you should pay a little more and use Next Door. I would definitely use Next Door again. The most important part of the job is the install and they knocked it out of the park.

It was a pleasure working with Next Door and Window. They are on time and their communication is excellent. Any concerns I had were promptly addressed without any hassle.

Horrible. Getting a quote from these folks was frustrating! Weeks after our initial visit, I could not get a quote from these folks for a specific door. We went to the Burr Ridge showroom, picked out a door and glass that we wanted and a form was completed with all of the specifications. A gentleman came to the house and took measurements. It was suggested by one of these sales guys that we go to the Naperville showroom to look at another door. After we did that, we were informed that the Naperville salesman showed us the incorrect door and we had to make another trip to the Naperville to look at the correct door. When Next Door called me, I asked them for a quote for the original door that we chose and the salesperson told me that they needed to take measurements first. I informed here that a Next Door representative had been to the house and done this. She proceeded to argue with me that I was wrong and that they do not give quotes over the phone. A few minutes later, the gentleman who came to the house and took the measurements called me. I told him that I want a quote for the original door we selected, everything that was on the form that we completed and he said he had it in front of him. He just couldn't do it. He started asking me what configuration I wanted, size, etc. Again, I asked him to refer to the worksheet that had all of the specific information and he just could not give me a simple quote. So weeks have gone by and I have to start from square one with another vendor. These folks are very frustrating to deal with.

This was the second time we used Next Door & Window to replace windows. This time on the front of the house, last year on the back side. Our experience was better than expected. The Salesman, Roberto, was knowledgeable and helped us choose the Infinity Marvin windows. Both times we were keep up to date on the status of our order and then given a two week notice of the scheduled installation. We received a call on Monday of the week that we were scheduled for Tuesday install. The installer, Greg. was prompt at 9:30am and he and his helper installed 9 windows and were finished by 5pm. They cleaned up as they installed and made a final pass to inspect their work and ensure there was no debris. Both installations were better than I expected. We highly recommend Next Door & Window and will definitely use them if needed.

They used contractors to do the work, I ask before hand and they claim to have there own crew. Three different contractors showed rand did the work. No supervisor on site and they was there for 3 weeks. Next time will get the contractors to do the job much cheaper.

Fantastic installation. Finish carpentry work was masterful. Everything was plumb, square, and level. Doors with low E glass are a great improvement. We are very pleased. Well worth the money.
