Their pricing was far better for the identical windows than 2 other companies on Angie's List. They were on time for all appointments, when the work was to be performed, they showed up when they were supposed to, were very neat and left no mess behind. The workers were all very polite. There were 2 boards that still needed to be stained and sealed, it was done promptly.

Overall it went well. The only complaint I had was that the 2 gentlemen who came were both Polish and the older gentleman didn?t speak English at all. So it was very hard to communicate with them.

My wife and I were really looking forward to having these windows installed as our original windows were rotted, difficult to open and some were even painted shut. When we received the call that the windows were in, the trim had been painted and they were ready to be installed we practically did cartwheels down the block! Next's team showed up promptly on Monday, May 4th to begin the installation. With all that needed to be done, it was impossible to complete that much work in one day. They finished the next day and we couldn't be happier! We have windows that actually open now! (Cue Angelic sound)

Next was timely, highly professional, and the finished product is absolutely perfect. There are no flaws with our new patio door. We had to replace this door due to storm damage, and had a very difficult time finding a contractor we were satisfied with since our door opening is a custom size. The door was a bit costly due to this fact, and did take some time to be ordered and built. Next gave us the best price quote and time frame for the replacement we were looking for. We are completely satisfied with Next, and plan to use them for additional services in the future! The finished product is absolutely perfect - a casual observer wouldn't even see the trim nails - and the caulking on the outside is perfect as well. The installers cleaned up after themselves, and even laid down a tarp as to protect our floors and to make thier cleanup easier. The installation took place on a chilly November day, and the installers were as quick as they could be while paying attention to detail and making sure the job was done correctly. We highly recommend Next.

Late November, we went to the showroom in Naperville and the people were very nice & knowledgable. Greg explained the different types of Marvin windows & doors. He came out about a week later to measure the windows & doors and gave us a quote within days with about a 6 week lead time. The 12/3 original quote was for just over $13M. We were happy with the prices so we signed. A couple of days later Greg notified us that he had made a mistake and it would cost us an extra $2M for the types of windows we wanted. So we signed again. Time passed and we were never notified of a delivery date for the windows & doors. February 27th at 8:00am my wife got a call at work from the installers saying that they were at our house ready to install the windows. She had to reschedule for the next week. Friday 3/6 came & the installers came right at 8:00am. Let me tell you, they were great!!!!!! They did a really good job. 4 guys and they were done by 3:30pm. The windows look great. We were not previously advised that we were to have a check when the job was finished. We went to put up our 1 year old blinds and found out that now they do not fit. I would have thought that we would have been told this when Greg came out to measure the windows.

THey showed up on time, they were thorough and did a quality installation. I would recommend them to others.

Ron Burns was my sales man. He came out, explained everything in terms I could understand and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Ron went as far as looking at a problem I was having with another entry door and set of windows installed by another not as reputable company, and offering his suggestions to the problems. When the installers came out, there were originally 2 of them but one was called away on a family emergency. The second stayed and made sure the job was finished even though it meant an extended day's work for him. He was extremely pleasant an helpful. Since the installation, two issues have come up with the doors, a missing peep hole and cold air coming though the bottom of one of them. I called the issues in and they promptly sent someone out to fix both. GREAT FOLLOW THROUGH!!!

The price was fair, but the first guys who came to install the window installed it in properly and bent one of the arms on the window. They also did not use the proper nails on the frame. When I called to complain they sent someone out immediately who fixed it to my satisfaction, so ultimately I was happy with it. They told me it would take 8 to 9 weeks, but it actually took 13.

The guy who came was professional. They said that they would stop by and put the estimate in my mail box. They followed up quite nicely.

They did a great job. They had great service. They had top product that was a substantially great price. They blew all of our other quotes out of the water. They were half the price of some companies. People would be a fool not to get a quote from them. I would highly recommend them.

The owner of the company had to come out because the sales rep's wife had a baby the night before. Incredibly knowledgeable and offers stock Pella and Anderson, as well as Marvin, Sunrise, and several others. We saw a lot of reps, and came back to Next. The owner came out a second time to finalize details and answer new questions, and go over the contract to make sure it was what we wanted. We chose Sunrise with a lot of features. The crew came and were in and out in one day. Recommend staging the house; furniture needs to be moved and breakables put away (reciprocating saw vibrations). However, they were very accommodating, and done in a day! Excellent job of matching siding. Replaced trim inside and redid all window sills with wood stained to match interior. Even filled nail holes with matching caulk. Had to go out and buy all new curtains to show them off! You should see our Nicor bills! Excellent overall for us. Only drawback was time between signing the contract and installation of the windows, but worth the wait!

The storm door was installed in 5 weeks. Their installer was very professional. The new door was fitted and installed in 2 1/2 hours. It is perfect, good fit and no water leaks when it rains. I was told that the lead time on the windows was 6-8 weeks. This was a big (2 day) job. The window installation was 11 weeks after I placed the order. I had to wait longer because of delivery delays and scheduling. There was a crew of 5 that did the installation. They were professional and meticulous. They had to rebuild 5 internal window supports because the ones in place were rotted. All of the windows were thoroughly insulated and sealed. They refaced 1 window that was not being replaced (no extra charge) so that all of the window facings would match (on the outside). They removed, and took with them, the old mini blinds that were in place on the windows for no extra charge. They did leave all of their equipment in my locked garage overnight(with my permission). They cleaned up and removed all of the windows, doors and associated debris. There were no extra charges for removing and replacing rotted wood or for insulating around the windows. I have some minor dry wall repairs that I have to have done as a result of the installation. They did not wash the windows after installation. I am very happy with the new windows. The company was responsive to my calls and for arranging the work dates. The sale person (Scott) came to the job site several times to check on the work progress and check in with me. The installers were prompt and industrious. They all worked together, yet each one appeared to have a specialty: facing replacement, carpentry, insulation, etc. I would definitely recommend this company.

They came out in a timely fashion and provided me with an estimate. They were understanding of the fact I wanted to receive estimates from multiple companies. At one point I misplaced the estimate. I called the company and had the fax within 5 minutes. I was very impressed and will be using them in the future.

The windows were installed in the time we were told the work would be done. The workmen were very careful and neat. The door was installed a day or so before and I was very pleased at how professional and careful the installer was. We are very pleased with the fine job done to make our house more attractive and energy efficient.

Everything went very well. From the initial sale to the installation, I could not have been more pleased.

The workers were quick and efficient and on time. The only minor issue I had was that they used some of our own trim pieces out of the garage (for a future project) for one of the picture windows without consulting with us first.

Greg, the salesman who worked with me out of the Naperville office was patient and helpful as I worked through the choices and decisions this job required. As a lady on her own, this was especially appreciated. There was a 4 - 6 week wait time after the order was submitted. Once the windows came in, work was scheduled to begin promptly. Furniture and window treatments needed to be cleared away ahead of time. This also forced a much needed cleaning out of a very junkie old garage and loft. Three to four workmen did the work efficiently and with good attention to detail. All old windows came out at once, and in spite of my fears of being left overnight with storms threatening and birds flying through, the new ones were in place before the afternoon ended. The second day was a long one with all trim to be finished and caulking to be done. All went well and the job was finished the end of the second day. Clean-up was good. The men were careful and courteous. Amazing!

Although it did take 2 months from placing order to installation, (size of our windows were not standard) the workmanship and windows were well worth the wait.

Great work on everything. The scope of the job was very large, and took longer than they thought. It was understandable as we watched the progress. They did great work and were neat, polite and considerate. All details were completed as requested. Price was far better than other companies for comparable product. I couldn't ask for better experience.
