They did everything I asked and more. I asked and more. They even did a final walk through with me to make sure the work was done to my complete satisfaction. A+ company in regards to service and customer service.

I'm more than pleased with Home-Maid. I hired them in June for a full spring cleaning. Two women came, and they even did windows, plus the oven! Since, I've had them come twice a month to tidy up my condo. For those visits, one woman does all of the work in about four hours. They are dependable, professional, punctual and really easy to get along with. Services include vacuuming, dusting, cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms (thoroughly).

They were extremely expensive. I have a very tiny house and it was very expensive.

Excellent and courteous service for spring cleaning. The two staff members were prompt, thorough and took care of all the requests. Even the cats were impressed! I plan on continuing with this housecleaning service moving forward.

Used them for 10 months. The service started out fine, but gradually went way downhill. I've not been home to see what time they came and went, but I was always charged for 4 hours of service, every two weeks. Even if I had them not clean certain rooms for whatever reason, I was stilled charged for 4 hours. They did not clean the tops of the refrigerator and microwave, and I don't think they ever did anything beyond vacuum the hardwood floors on the second floor. I know this because there were certain spots on the floor that I left there intentionally to see if anyone would ever clean the floor. Remember, this over 10 months. I guess they thought I wasn't paying attention and they were seeing how little they could get away with. They haven't been properly cleaning the Master shower - mold and mildew are growing in the shower grout, on the glass door, and on the shower head (the latter of which they never think to clean and I've always had to do it). A couple things were broken but they didn't bother to tell me about them, they just sort of propped them up in hopes I wouldn't notice. Was supposed to always have the same person doing the cleaning. Didn't happen. I emailed the manager on May 16 about the above and more; now it's almost two weeks later and they haven't bothered to respond. Guess they don't care about losing a client.

I spoke with a woman to make the appointment who was very nice and took all of my information. I described my home as in detail and told her I had no pets or kids. She did not feel the need to come onsite to evaluate and was able to give a price by phone. The morning of my appointment 2 girls showed up on time and were very friendly and polite and started working right away. I told them that the biggest issue I had was dust. They did a nice job. Some of my furniture still had dust on them (sides of both nightstands and dresser tops). I also wished they would have wiped down the bathroom/bedroom doors (6 panel door grooves get dusty too), but they did not. I probably should have mentioned that to them and they would have wiped them, but not a huge deal. They were helpful and saved me time. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Nice people to work with!!

They did a fantastic job - I would recommend them to anyone, and I will definitely have them come back for monthly cleanings.The first person arrived right on time, at 9:30am.We have a 90 pound Chocolate Lab who I planned to keep in my office.She said "Oh no, let het out, so she"ll get used to me.".I did, and all was good.Jan arrived next, so I put my dog back in my office.She also told me to let our dog out so she'll get used to her also.Doing a fantastic job, and being pet lovers - made me a very happy client.

Experience began with on-site visit by owner to view the home to determine accurate cleaning price. Lysa was extremely professional, very personable, and passionate about her business. The service was above expectations. The two women were very professional, personable, and did an amazing job!

I needed someone to clean our condo (approx. 1200 sq ft) on last minute notice as I was having company over. I contacted the company through the website and the owner called me back promptly. They were flexible on the time, and available when I needed them! She quoted me over the phone and I was happy with the rate. They did a great job, arrived on time, and I look forward to using Home-Maid in the future!

They arrived on time and began working right away. We had movers coming into the house at the same time, so they were flexible about where they were working. My wife thought that they were very thorough. We also appreciated the fact that the original two ladies called in a 3rd to help with the cleaning so they could get their work completed and coordinate with the movers.

Good ! Sent 2 girls to do a complete clean. I think expected more for $200, but I like the people. Sometimes they have their drinks cups on my counter, but they are very nice with my son and dogs.

Everything went very well and we would be glad to work with Home-Maid again.

The owner or the vice-president of the company came over to talk to me to set our expectations to make sure we were on the same page. After discussing everything, she called back the next day to give me an estimate. I have used them three times already. The last time around, they cleaned from top to bottom, and it was wonderful. They were very prompt. I think their price is a little bit on the higher side, but I am satisfied with them. I am very happy with them, and I am still using them.

Very fast to respond to email and phone calls. The owner is very responsive but the quality of the work is lacking, I requested a "deep clean" for a basically empty 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. The owner shows up for the kickoff meeting but does not do the actual cleaning, I explained in detail what I was expecting to be cleaned, when I returned I was not happy with the deep clean in the master bathroom or kitchen. After leaving a message (late evening) the owner called back the following AM to schedule a crew back that day to address my concerns. The second time around the work was greatly improved, but cleaning a basic empty condo should have better results the first time. Yes, I would use them again to clean, but no second opportunity this time!

I called this company to get an estimate for a move-in cleaning, and when someone picked up, I got a brusk "HEL-LO????" (not even a nice greeting) like you would imagine getting from a loud Aunt who smoked her entire life. The person was in a restaurant or something, and yelling into the phone. I asked "Is this the right number of Home Maid?" and she changed her tone and tried to be nice. Problem was I could not hear a thing she was saying, because of all the noise in the background and the fact she was yelling into the phone. Not very professional at all. I am not calling back.

One of the owners came to my house the day after I sent an email inquiry. She came on a Saturday! I didn't have to take off early from work, the convenience of that alone made me really happy. Debbie was a pleasure to deal with. We set up a time for the cleaner to come. When I got home the house looked great. They left me a survey, a newsletter, coupons for $$ off my next services, and what impressed me the most, a copy of their certificate of insurance. We had the next cleaning set up but unfortunately (but fortunately for me!) my husband has started a remodeling project which started with the family room. I told Debbie to hold the key and I'd call her as soon as I could!!

I called the owner and she came out within a day to give me an estimate and discuss what needed to be done. The first cleaning was a more thorough move-in cleaning of the whole house, including things like dusting light fixtures. The women who came to do the cleaning were very polite and professional. My only complaint was that I'd specifically asked for the windowsills to be vacuumed out, and they missed them in several rooms. But when I pointed it out, they did it right away. Since then they've been coming every other week and I've been happy overall. They sometimes get caught in traffic and arrive late, but they do call when that happens. Also, the regular "comfort cleaning" doesn't include things like vacuuming under all the furniture, but if you want something done more thoroughly you can ask. I plan to continue using the service.

Fantastic work! The 2 person crew was on time, and got to work right away. The house was filthy and greasy, and had not been cleaned in years. They spent 4 hours working on the house including walls, kitchen, baths and vaccuuming. I'll use them regularly from now on!

I was a little hesistant to try this out, but I will never second guess myself again. As soon as I had my in home estimate- free of charge!- I knew I had chosen a great company. They sent a team of two to my house and I was more than happy with the results. The girls were about ten minutes late due to traffic, but after that everything went smoothly. Shortly after they left I decided to look on their website and found a menu of all different types of food to be delievered to my home. I called that evening and placed my order and found myself with dinner for the next night! All I had to do was heat up. Although it was a little pricier than just making it myself, I found myself with a little less stress and a lot more time- worth every penny.
