I started using J and M cleaning in Oct. 2012. I had used this service for a number of years in the past but did not like the working model of different cleaners each time. When I called to talk with them about coming back to clean, I learned that Anna had taken over the business and had reconstructed the work model so that you had the same cleaners each time (most people don't like different cleaners each time). She also uses the companies cleaning supplies and appliances. I am very pleased with Anna and her crew of Sebastian and Robert. They know their stuff and do a very thorough job. I think Anna's price per hour is very competitive ( $20.00 per hr. per cleaner), especially for the service received. I will continue to use J and M cleaning and would recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service. I use them every other week.

The service is managed by Anna who is pleasant and professional. She had rearranged her teams schedule to accomodate my schedule and was able to clean my space very efficiently with a very short notice. The service was utilized on 5 occasions each time with great results. I love the fact that she has a team and can get done and out in an hour or two. I would love to keep them coming to my private residence however my situation has changed. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Anna and her crew showed up on time and did exactly what they promised. They were wonderful. My mother is a senior and my sister a paraplegic, so there are a lot of household chores that are just beyond them. Anna and her crew did a fantastic job of giving the house a thorough cleaning. Mom also has a large dog, which did not faze Anna in the least. She actually seemed to enjoy working around him. Both my mother and sister felt very comfortable and safe with Anna, which means a lot to me. I look forward to working with them for a long time to come. I would highly recommend Anna.

J and M Cleaning is FANTASTIC!! Anna and her crew do an excellent job cleaning my house. I was looking for a good cleaning service and after having a bad experience with another service I decided to look on Angie List and J and M received very good reviews. I called and they came out to give me an estimate. I decided to try them and have NOT been disappointed. They come every 2 weeks on time and my house has never looked better. It smells so clean when I get home and my house is spotless. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a FANTASTIC cleaning service. Traci McCarthy

I'm really pleased with J and M so far and I've just used them once. I'm relatively new with their service. They were three of them and their price was good. I would have them again.

I contacted Anna from Out of State to talk to her about gifting housecleaning to our dear friend in her area going through chemo treatments. After chatting, I gave her contact info to our friend's husband, who contacted Anna on Monday,,, their house was deep cleaned on Wednesday, and they were so happy with how fresh looking And smelling their house was when they were through. They also thought all of the workers were very friendly and polite. J & M will continue to help lift my friend's spirits while she continues her treatments.

Anna and her team do an outstanding job. From the moment they arrive they get to work, and don't stop until they are done. They are extremely dedicated, efficient and thorough. The J & M workers are efficient, professional, flexible, and dependable. Anna's crew puts my house in order and leaves it sparkling and smelling fresh every other week. When I have had an emergency situation, they have been there to help. When I needed my windows done, they did an outstanding job.

I couldn't be happier with my cleaning team. They are pleasant, thorough, dependable, and quick, but most of all, honest and trustworthy. They take good care of my 85 year old mother's home as well. I highly recommend J & M Cleaning.
