Can’t speak highly enough of Cologio and team. We hired B&C to replace a concrete step by our condo building’s garage and a couple of sidewalk blocks leading up to it, as things were sinking and we had a rodent burrow underneath. Cologio was a great partner - responsive / great communication, punctual, professional, and all around very easy to work with. He was patient with my questions and gave recommendations that felt trustworthy along with fair pricing (having received a few quotes). He was also flexible with timing, as we were coordinating with pest control to remove the burrow over a few weeks before the cement work could be done - he kept in touch (but not too much) during that period to make sure they could come in as fast as possible once we were ready. When the time came, Cologio’s team were very efficient and did a good quality job on the work. We’re very happy and would look to B&C again for future work.

I had some leaking in my roof due to the melting snow. B&C roofing came out and were incredibly friendly and understanding. The costs were reasonable and they completed it in a timely manner. I could not have been more pleased and highly recommend them. I will definitely be using them again.
