I purchased a new Lenovo All-In-One Touchscreen desktop end of 2020. Within 6 months, I had to send it back under warranty because the touchscreen and mouse features were malfunctioning. In less than 8 months (and now out of warranty) the same problems had returned. I called Marc from Triangle Computer Services and described the ongoing problems. He thought he knew what may be going on and asked if he could log into my computer remotely. I allowed him to log in and watched him checking all the components. He asked me if I use the touchscreen and told him no. He asked if he could disable the touchscreen function because he believed that was the problem. Now one week later, I have used the computer daily with zero issues! Thank you, Marc, for your honesty and professionalism! You could have come to my office and made a “house call” and charged me as well but chose to earn my confidence the easiest way possible. My 6 year old computer was having major issues. I called Triangle Computer Services to hire someone to repair my computer. Marc was completely honest with me and told me that my computer was outdated and it was better not to throw good money after bad. So instead of selling me a computer repair service, he did the honest and ethical thing and directed me to just go buy a new computer. After I installed my new computer, my accountant told me that I needed to destroy or erase my old hard drive before getting rid of it. I am not computer-savvy and did not know how to do this. I called Marc and he agreed to do it the same day. It was an easy task for him. He's honest, available, returns phone calls right away, very helpful over the phone and in person, ethical, and seems to really know computers. I know who to call next time I have any computer issues.

I was referred to Marc Fargostein for my new computer and printer installation. I felt that Marc was professional, friendly and very easy to deal with. He did an excellent job with transferring files and programs to my new computer and setting up my new printer. He explained things thoroughly to me and was very fair in price. Triangle diagnosed and confirmed the issue and indicated he was not equipped to handle the issue. He did not charge me for his time to diagnose. Mr. Fargotstein was very professional and competent. I would definitely use his services again and have recommended to several colleagues. My decision was not to invest to recover the data.

Marc was very professional and very patient since I am a novice with a computer. He also answered questions I had on various functions and tasks concerning the computer. Later that day I encountered a problem and called him the next day. He was able to solve the issue with a phone consultation. I would use him again in the future.

This owner was outstanding I selected his name from the list, I told him I received e-mail with Quick Book file attached He started to instruct me what to do and since I am not 100% savvy with computers he was very patient with me and the issue was resolved. Marc fit me into his schedule pretty quickly. He arrived early and worked fast. He knows more about computers and operating systems than anyone I have talked to. He also was willing to explain what he was doing as he worked. In addition to the CPU, he connected two printers, an external hard drive, a new monitor, speakers, and insured that my WiFi worked. He updated my Microsoft Office software and insured that the operating system had all the 8.1 updates. He installed Quicken, the drivers for my UPS system, and WebRoot. Finally he gave me a quick lesson on what I needed to know about Windows 8.1 so that I could actually work. The pricing was very fair. I would use him again without question.
