Andrei completed roof repairs per the request of my home insurance provider. He was friendly and very responsive to communicate with by email, phone and text. His rates were very attractive and competitive. His work was completed quickly, efficiently and with attention to detail. Andrei was timely and responsive. In addition to a prompt bid as well as an appointment in a timely manner, he gave us a detailed summary of what he found with recommendations for the future. Can’t ask for more than that.

Andrei was out very soon after arrangements were made. We confirmed the cost and the job was completed. During a heavy rain I noticed overflow near the top of one of the downspouts, and little water flowing out of the spout, so it was plugged up. I called him a few days later, texted him the video, and he came out soon afterward and got the water flowing again (at no add'l cost).

Andrei showed up within hours of my call. He replaced the one shingle that had blown off, checked the roof over, and recommended replacing addition shingles. For the extra work, he wanted only $10 more. He definitely knew his stuff, accurately identifying the age of the roof. He provided a very fair estimate for when we decide to replace the whole roof. Titan will be our first choice at that time.

The quote was for $18,000 but he said he would go down to whatever the insurance would pay. But that was still pretty steep. He was very nice and friendly. He was very responsive. I think I am going to use them for work on my house and garage.
