This company is phenomenal. I truly believe if all companies handled their business as well as this company, they would be very successful. From start to finish, Sure Seal was fantastic. Sheila and Mary did a great job in handling the administrative aspects. Jim, the owner came out to our home to answer some questions before the work started. Luis and Alex were absolutely wonderful in the fine job they did. They not only were courteous and competent, but they worked well as a team. Our patios and front walkway have never looked better. We are so pleased with the work they did and will definitely use them in the future. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The team was ultra professional. They completed the job in a few days with a large crew. They took care to put up fencing to protect the landscaping. The whole job looks fabulous and I'd gladly recommend them. Only wish I'd found them sooner.

These guys did an excellent job, the way it is supposed to be done. I have had other companies do these repairs in the past, with marginal results. These guys did it right, cutting and matching new bricks where needed. Time will tell if there is continued settling (though it will probably not be their fault).

The bricks were supposed to curve, but they were at a right angle. Jim had them come out a few days later & relay them correctly. I was unhappy with them leaving their equipment trailer on our lawn. If someone had asked, we would have moved our cars so it could have stayed on the driveway & called the village for permission to park our cars on the street (which we do annually, when the driveway is blacktopped). This is my only real complaint.

They did the work which was amazing. I had to call them numerous, numerous times and it was not a good quality. I booked them and they cashed my check. Then I had to continually call them to get the date exactly when they would be coming out. The work was good but continually having to call them was awful. I had to call them 20 times and if they didn't have my check, I wouldn't have used them. I would have thought they would have wanted the work with the economy.

Sure Seal came out and did their job. I did not need to pester them to come out. They were very prompt and clean. I had no problems with what Sure Seal did for us. The sealing is really a personal choice. Some like it and some don't. It is a different look. I would definitely do it again because I like the look of it and I think it protects the pavers. I would have Sure Seal do the job again.

The price they quoted me was around $1700 or $2000 for that work and that was fine. I wasn?t here when the guys came to measure things so forth, so I did not talk to them personally. I received an estimate and it was not well explained, so I did call to try and get some answers resolved and it include more in the quote than I asked for and maybe mis-communicated. The price was higher than I expected, but they included more than I asked or thought I had asked for. I called back to try and get that resolved and the response was slow in coming, but once I got to the right person they got back to me right away and bent over backwards to get back to me. I would consider calling them in the future for a quote.

Both projects went very well. Jim, the owner of Sun Brick and Sure Seal was great to work with and we would defintetly use them again and have already referred them to our friend to use. The were professional, timely and cleaned up when they were done. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with all the work completed.

My driveway looks as good as new if not better. My garage door was also cleaned up

Everything went very well. They were very conscientious about the application of the sealant and the prep work.

Fantastic! This is a brother/sister company. I met both (she actually was one of the 3 workers who did the job!) and extremely nice and easy to talk to and deal with. Because of rain issues, they had to come out several times to do the job properly. there were a few areas that, because of the rain and wind, had to be redone which they did without us even asking! the finished product looks great. We are going to have them power wash our pool deck and another patio area because of their great service and nice personality! No worries here!!!
