The work turned out very nicely. They dug a large hole in the yard and they did a great job putting everything back together. The owner, Jeff Killian, was very respectful, down to earth, professional and he explained things very thoroughly. He was very straight forward, didn't try to selll me something I didn't need. He was very punctual and prompt. I plan to use him again for my next project.

Jeff Killian did a fantastic job explaining all of our options relating to our broken and leaking sewage exit. Our home has a unique sewage system that required a very specific solution. S & K's prices are not cheap, but they are worth every penny. The quality and workmanship of their solutions abundantly apparent. Additional kudos to Brian Hoffenberg and the rest of the S & K team who performed the installation. It was a dirty job, but they tackled it flawlessly.

Sent email to company night before - no response received. So early at 7am called company with problem of water backing up in toilet on ground level - causing flooding. Someone called back within 30 minutes to say they would come out that day - just let him get into the office and set the schedule. He showed up 10am, called 20 minutes before to make sure I knew when to expect him. He looked at the situation, checked the basement to see if there was access to the pipe in question (originally my husband told me there was access - just not the kind the plumber needed). He gave us a quote upfront and that was the price we paid in the end (less the Angie's List discount from this company's coupon) He ended up having to remove the toilet to access the pipe and cleared it out to the main. He worked hard the whole time he was here. Did not seem phased by the barking dog that we kept separated by a gate. He cleaned up after himself and let us know what we could do in the future to stop this from happening again, or what can be done to make access easier (a bigger job). He even offered to get us the name of a carpet restoration company to help with the damage. Would definitely use this company again. Clean, Professional and Prompt.

I called on Monday, February 1 right before closing time. The person who answered asked if it was an emergency (it wasn't) and then told me someone would call me in the morning to set up an appointment. Indeed Brian called me before nine to find out what the problem was and to set up an appointment for the early afternoon. He called around one to give me a thirty-minute warning. He came on time and was very professional, not wasting time, very polite. After looking things over, he gave me an estimate that was right on the money. He completed both jobs and even cleaned up after himself!!

Jeff the plumber was punctual and completed work in a timely manner. Left work area clean. Charges were as expected.

Called in the morning and they came out the same afternoon. I thought the disposal would need to be replaced, but there was just a small piece of plastic that was causing the noise and it was easily removed. Brian suggested that the p-trap be replaced since it was not really properly installed previously. He did this minor repair and also changed the whole house water filter in the basement. Brian was professional and explained everything very clearly.

They were friendly and efficient. They were very honest with what everything would cost.

They came the same day that I called which was nice. When I called the customer service to schedule the appointment, the women that answered the phone was really friendly. The gentleman who came was nice, but, not very friendly. He did a good job and we don't have any complaints or anything.

Called me throughout the morning to keep me informed of when he would arrive. Was polite, professional and got the job done in a short time, which was nice cause I took the whole day off.

Brian was at my house within an hour of my first phone call for an emergency power rodding of my kitchen sink. He was friendly, but focused on getting the job done right. He checked out the basement to get a feel for how the plumbing ran in the house. He turned off the sump pump (and remembered to turn it back on before leaving). He brought all his own supplies and in no time was power rodding, then running water to be sure all was well, and then cleaning up and on his way. Amazing that by 9:30 or so he was on his way and I was back to normal. He explained that garbage disposal scraps and grease buildup over the years caused the backup, and for the future not to use the disposal for scraps if possible. We reallly appreciated him coming out!!

The service call was smooth and successful in eliminating the clog. The problem and solution was explained by the plumber. The price was acceptable, and I did not compare with others.

We were selling our house and had to have the water pipe leak repaired promptly. Steve the owner of S & K Plumbing came to our house the same day we contacted him and provided an estimate and explained the work that needed to be done. He scheduled the work in a timeframe that met our needs for completing the job quickly and kept us informed of when the different phases of the job would be done. The repair and repaving of the driveway were done efficiently and in a high quality manner.

Jeff was great, understanding and anxious to help. Wanted a satisfied customer and willing to go the extra mile to help.

They did not find us in the computer several days after making appointment: explained it as a computer problem. The plumber came later the same day, so my wife lost a whole day of work instead of only a half. I thought the price was too high to install a $240 sink plus they charged $250 for their faucet. Also they unraveled the job to different parts and charged separately for every piece. I have no problem with quality, just feel the service call was poorly organized and we were overcharged.

Jeff Killian and Co worker Bonifacio arrived promptly and went straight to work. They expertly dug the trench and installed, cleaned out the drain and refilled the trench replacing our sod. They tamped the trench fill so the trench would not sink. We were not left with a sink hole.

The owner got us service in one hour. The serviceman, Brian, knows what he is doing. The job was done well.

As usual with this company, work was done well. No mess! Highly recommended.

Brian was on time. Brought booties to cover his work boots. Worked quickly & did not make a mess. Explained what he was doing & why. Pleasant, seemed to enjoy his work.

Brian showed up on time. This is a big deal for me because I wanted to make the most of my day off and arranged to have other things done as well. He was very polite and explained the pricing and warranties in great detail. He explained that when he rodded the main sewer line from the clean out in front that he rods both out to the street and back into the house which would eliminate the need to rod the basement drain. I appreciated the honesty because he saved us some money. He asked if I had any questions before he began the work and then again after. He explained the guarantees again.

They were very responsive and timely. They were also professional, neat and courteous. I thought they were very expensive. When I called I got a call back in a timely manner. I called another company from the list and they had not called me back in over an hour and I had already decided to choose this company.

He is very honest and very prompt. I recommend him highly.
