Even though they say their service area is 60 miles from their business, they refused to service my home, after buying a Groupon coupon, although I only live 40 miles away.

I bought a voucher (# M37X-JQV7-X5CLN) through Angie's list for air duct cleaning on Oct. 7th 2014. The company gave me a date for later that month. The day before they called to confirm but on the day of the appointment they called and told me the technician was tied up at a previous job. They then gave me a date for late November and once again cancelled. They gave me a date for December and the day of the appointment called to tell me the truck broke down. They said they would clean my furnace free of charge because of the inconvenience! I asked for my money to be refunded, I am still waiting for my refund.

9/28/2013 I purchased an online deal from Amazon Local $39 for Air-Duct Inspection & Cleaning package. I called 9/28/2013 and scheduled my service for 10/29/2013 and was given a time frame of arrival between 4pm-7pm. On 10/29/2013 the technician calls me at 6:50pm and informs me we won't be out because he is behind schedule and still has one other job ahead of me. I said I work 2 jobs and took off work for this. I don't care how late he arrives I need it done. He said to talk to his supervisor, he was sorry but he wont be out and it has to be rescheduled. The following morning called and asked to speak with a manager or supervisor. I was told one wasn't available. They asked what it was regarding and I stated their technician refused to come out yesterday night. They confirmed my appointment and I explained what had happened. They offered a free furnace cleaning. I refused it as it had already been done this season. I explained I work 2 jobs - I took off early from one and off from another to have this done. This was scheduled a month ago. They asked if they could reschedule for the next day. I had to repeat I work 2 jobs - I can't just take off at the drop of a dime. I said I was available Saturday after 1pm. They said they would have to talk to the technician, move some appointments around and would call me back. When they called back they informed me they did not have a Saturday appointment available. I stated I wanted my money back and they said them you have to go online & request it. No wonder this company has to go online & run deals to get customers. Their customer service & scheduling sucks! I own an in home service company & would never dream of calling a customer and saying I wont be out because I'm running late and don't want to work late. I called Amazon Local they apologized for the poor service I received, refunded my money & said they would bring what happened to the appropriate departments attention. Today 1/29/14 I got a message from a girl named Danielle - stating she was following up on the poor customer service I had received and wanted to resolve it & compensate me. I called back and got a voicemail system that only had the phone # as the outgoing message (Nice professional business) . I left a message that there was no way to compensate me because a) you are following up with me how many months later? b) I had another company perform the work. It was just poor customer service from start to finish. About 10 minutes later she called me back again - I did not answer & let it go to voicemail. She left a message that they want to compensate me $39 and she can get authority up to $100 to pay me to take the poor review I left on down! I looked and it was a review I left on Yelp! Nice company paying people to take down truthful bad reviews. NICE! I don't think so! I'm a listed business owner on AL , 2 time Super Service Award winner- I would NEVER dream of offering to pay a person to take down a bad review! You don't want a bad review - give top notch quality customer service!
