Overall, it went well. He did not show up in the stated time frame and he did not call to say he would be late. But, everything else was fine. He was a pleasant and otherwise, very professional.

First time I've ever had my AC serviced where the Tech did not come inside my house and look at the furnace (blower/filters) and thermostat. He only looked at the unit outside, and said everything was fine. This was also the first time I've had a company do a check up and not recommend doing 5 different, unnecessary things which was a nice surprise. They don't try to upsell on the inspection. However, I am a bit surprised they didn't look at components other than the actual Air Conditioner. Tech was very professional, pulled me outside to explain everything he was doing and what he was reading.

Made appointment at 8am, by 8:30 I began reaching out to find out where they were, if they were on their way - no response. FINALLY was able to reach someone, no apology, no reason behind being late and they simply said they could be there about 9:30. Well I have a job and can't wait for them indefinitely. I will not use this company again. Also, when you call their number it is a personal voicemail, not a company line.

The work that was done was very good. It just seemed that the extra charge of $161 for foam cleaning of the condenser was a bit high.

They showed up as promised. Work done within time frame they provided. Work was clean and vents re-sealed as indicated. They made some good suggestions on how I could improve ventilation and keep vents clean.

The job they did was excellent. I would high recommend them. Also I will have them back every year for yearly maintenance, since there is a dog in the house. The price was GREAT.

It went well, actually, when it came to the cleaning. At the end of the duct cleaning, I was told I had mold and needed a special mold treatment. The price for the treatment was $100. I bought it but later realized that the contractor was not wearing masks or any protection. I don't feel so good about that $100 treatment now.

Lucas and Michael from Pro Clean were professional, attentive, honest and helpful. And, after seeing the amount of dirt involved, we weren't surprised we could actually feel a difference. They also cleaned our dryer exhaust hose in a way that probably prevented a fire. I would highly recommend them. We ended up augmenting the initial service with a $600 special ultraviolet light that (again after research) seemed both legitimate for keeping dust and other particles down and was fairly priced.

Most everything went well with exception of dryer vent cleaning. We were told the type of vent used could not be cleaned and because we purchased a package, they were unable to compensate us for not being able to clean it.

Upon arrival, one of the technicians explained to me what they were going to do while the other started unloading equipment. They invited me down to the furnace to show me where they planned to cut access holes to connect their HEPA vac. They cleaned the ducts, as far as I could tell. I removed some of the floor registers and I could see that they at least brushed out the visible section of the ducts. I did hear their brush in the ducts at some point, but I expected to hear more. (They did comment that discovered some sawdust/drywall dust in the ducts -- which makes sense because we had some work done on the house recently.) They did not use a camera for a before/after view of the ducts like you see in so many advertisements. They didn't bother to remove some of the ceiling registers downstairs because they claimed they shared the same ductwork as the upstairs floor registers. Still, when they finished I could see dust and debris clinging to the vents, so I wish they would have cleaned them. They tried to upsell me on a mold inhibitor for an extra $189, claiming that ALL houses that have unducted returns (where the return air just runs in the cavity between studs) will eventually develop mold on the interior surface of the drywall. Online research suggested that this rarely happens... With the return grates removed, I could see inside a return and there was no sign of mold/mildew/moisture, so I declined. They did a good job patching/taping the access hole they cut into the duct. Finally, they did NOT clean my dryer vent -- the coupon I purchased was for both air duct AND dryer vent cleaning, but I didn't notice this until after they left.

It was a pleasure doing business with them. Very prompt, responsive, professional and clean. Will call again in the future.

Pro Clean USA Inc. are incredible! They are professional and truly take pride in their work! They were clean, genuine, and seemed to be honestly concerned about how the dirty vents had an impact on my health. They showed me the amount of dust that had built up in my ventilation system and I was in shock. I notice a difference in the air quality in my house already. I will keep this number and use them again in the future. Highly Highly recommended.
