window cleaning

Description of Work: This company scheduled the appointment and never showed up. Did not call with an explanation. No Show. It was a Groupon purchase and my investment was politely and quickly refunded by that company. Thumbs down on Prestige Window Cleaning - thumbs up for Groupon.

 + -1 moreI arranged for them to come at 8 a.m. At 7 a.m., they called for the address and the spelling of the street name. A few minutes later, they called to say it wasn't on mapquest and asked for directions. The caller's English was halting. When I got to the first street name, I had to spell it for him and then, because he didn't get it all, I had to re-spell it. It was going to take too long to spell the name of every one of the 7 streets on the way to my house, so I asked if they could have their office call and I'd give them directions. The caller hung up on me. I called the business number and left a message two times and got no return phone call. They simply never bothered to show up.
Description of Work: They were to clean my windows inside, outside and storms.
