I couldn’t believe it! She took control of the entire sales process, sparing me the headaches of all the nuances involved before closing. We literally closed in 3 weeks from the moment she found me a buyer. What else can you ask for? Now I’m in the process of buying a new house with Polina’s help :) I’m hoping to close in the next few day. The point is this... don’t waste time trying to sell on your own or hiring an agent that doesn’t know what they’re doing, or an agent that’s just going to put your house on the mls. Any agent can do that. But not any agent can go above and beyond with additional networking resources to sell a home like Polina did. I was very impressed.
