Robert was able to give me a quick quote over the phone on a Tuesday and scheduled it for that Friday. They work six days a week, M-Sat, which makes it easy to schedule. There was a scheduling change day-of, but I work close to home and they called in advance and communicated the time change well. His two servicemen came out with the machine and worked really hard for about 45 min. They clean using a portable steam cleaning machine, which seemed to work well. We didn't have any major stains, but there was one spot which came out. Be advised, it does mean that they will need to fill up some water from your bathtub. They moved all the furniture that was movable (everything but beds and the big screen TV) and put it all back where it belonged. I would definitely recommend their work, as the quality was good and the price was right.

When the girl came, she looked too young, and she said she was only here to look my house over, that she would be back to clean the following day. I had taken the day off for her to clean, now I have to take another day. I told her she needed to knock some off the fee, so she said she would charge me only $10 an hour. She came the next day and did a horrible job. She used the same cloth to dust with, and just spread it around. I called the owner and left a message but he never returned my call.
