"HI, I appreciate your kind words regarding myself. I do need to defend the installers here a bit, and we talked about this situation already one on one. Let me explain to others who may read this. As a well respected and busy company we very often send our gutter crew from one job to the next. This means that some times jobs run long and sometimes we finish up sooner than expected, altering the schedule. In this situation the job prior to Mr. [Member Name Removed] ran longer than we hoped. Indeed we started around 2pm trying to do as much as possible before the day came to a close. Most installers do not work Saturdays and tend to work a normal work week like everybody else. Laborers also have families and other responsibilities to take care of at home. Having started late on Friday we worked a half day Saturday to make up for a half day lost Friday on the previous job. Monday morning the guys clean out the truck and restock the materials for the week ahead getting a later start than usual. All in all it took 2-1/2 days of working. I think this is quite fair considering we HAND MITER all of our corners and don't use the PRE FABRICATED ones which saves A LOT of time, but they also don't last. I think this is a reasonable amount of time for 14+ hand mitered corners and over 300' of gutters and downspouts. Your also the only guys in the neighbor hood that has the elite professionalism of hand mitered corners and perfect pitches. Sometimes a great job takes a little longer but I think it is well worth it. Just FYI nobody installs gutters with more than 2 guys nor would you want to. More guys more problems on the job. Please focus on the quality of a good job not how fast someone can do a bad job. Thank you for you time."
