Brent came to house and spent a lot of time reviewing my current set up and how I wanted it re wired. He gave me very good advice and was most generous with his time. Ultimately I decided to do the re cabling myself and it worked out fine. If I have future work, I would not hesitate to use him.

The work was excellent; David and Reid came out on time with all the materials in hand. They divided the work into mapping the coax and ethernet cables, installed a larger switch and wifi, and mounted the two TV's. When they finished, they walked through each device with us to ensure they worked and that we understood how to use them. The total job lasted about 3 to 4 hours. The whole time they were professional and neat. The house was clean when they left.

Never answered the phone I found someone else

The total experience was excellent and worth the cost! When we were considering options and thinking of having the work done we hoped we could get the cost lower. Brent worked with us during the entire process to ensure not only our satisfaction with our selection choices, but also the options available to us in order to have the work completed in the most cost-effective manner. Jimmy and Derek, the professionals who performed the work on the installation date, were extremely courteous & knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions! My wife and I would highly recommend Hooked Up Installs to anyone looking for a great home theater experience installed in their home while also getting cleaning up all existing cable/wiring.

Priced way too expensive in my opinion.

System seems to be good so far but I don’t know enough to speak to the quality. Great communication and responsiveness by Brent. Came quickly after I contacted him and he explained several options and worked with me to find the right solution. And when I just had issues on a Saturday night he responded immediately to answer questions and resolve the problem.

Fantastic. I took a lot of Brent's suggestions as he was the specialist and I was glad that I did. First the new mesh network gives all our TV's, computers, backup generator and speakers far better reception and speed than the older Apple Pods and various audio pieces that still worked, but were outdated. Now I can drive any speaker in any room for sound or TV if I wish, all from the simplicity of my iPhone app. Given my background in professional music I am so excited to listen to various music for working out, cooling down or just pleasure with meals. The surround sound Brent's crew installed is better than being in a theater. As for Brent and his team of technicians...they were the kind of guys I would have working for me; punctual, customer-focused and responsive, clever and able to teach my wife and me to run all the systems. There were several rooms which required installations that produced a lot of debris and boxes. Because of the tarps laid down before the set-ups, there was no residue left after they completed our installation. They even carted off all our older equipment, even an old 60" console TV.

Amazingly well! This was considered a small job, normally one that fell below their radar screen, but Brent (the founder) was just awesome. He visited my home for an initial review to let me know what the Comcast installers needed to do beforehand, and very clearly explained everything to me. When the initial scope of what I wanted done ended up costing more than what I wanted to pay for in a rental home (due to equipment costs, not labor), he still accommodated my smaller job and made me feel like customer service was priority #1. I will DEFINITELY use these guys again in my next home. Great job!!

It was professionally done and no have had no issues with anything they installed. Overall I was satisfied. I gave them a C in price because I think I could have got a better price but I wouldn't know on the quality. The work took a total of three people.

First of all, Brent was extremely responsive and patient. He was able to give us an estimate through email after we sent him pictures of what we wanted done, and then he waited for us while we waited on a delayed furniture delivery we needed before he started his work. Brent checked in periodically which showed that he cared, even though our job was not very big. They did a great job, and were very professional. They showed up exactly on time, laid out a mat to protect the floor, and brought a vacuum to clean up. The big TV looks awesome mounted to the wall. Took the guys about 4 hours to mount a 65'' and then build an outlet to run the cables through the wall, and then for them to build another outlet to run cables from an already mounted smaller TV.

Brent came out the day after I called and came up with the perfect plan. The prices of the equipment was as good, if not better, than any retailer we found. When it came time to install, they worked well with our contractor and did a great job installing everything. Like any equipment, you'll have little bugs to work out, and they've been very responsive when we've needed their assistance. I would highly recommend them if you're creating a complicated audio/video system.

One TV should have been connected to the sound system but was not because "we don't stock the part you need." I finally found the part at a local Fry store. The connection would not work as expected. The owner says I should have called him but he had zero interest in acquiring the part he did not stock and was readily available locally. Why would I expect him to come back and work on this again if he had no interest in finding the part to complete the job? I had to swap the sound system (Sonos and Bose) in two rooms on the opposite sides and different floors of a very large house. This was a lot of work for me. The owner should have suggested this solution himself. Had he driven 20 minutes away to buy the part he didn't stock he would have determined the sound systems needed to be swapped and done the work he was paid to do instead of showing no interest in completing the job.

Great! Brent is very responsive and listens, too! We have used them numeruous times and have been very happy with the response.

We used Hooked Up Installs once before when we were setting up our home theater systems in our family room and basement and they came in and cleaned up a mess left by another company. I emailed Brent about the work I wanted done this time and received a very prompt email back. We communicated back and forth about the project and received a full estimate for the work. Once the date was set, two technicians arrived at our house right on time. They were professional and courteous. We were very pleased with the work they did and that they managed to do it all without making a big mess in our house. I would absolutely use them again.

It went well. I would call them again in a heartbeat.

Hooked Up Installs is always very prompt and never ending attention to detail. They installed everything, made sure I understood how to operate things; continue to answer my questions, even when the job was done. They even helped me setup the old television in a new room. I will continue to use Hooked Up Installs for all my electronic/stereo/theater needs.

I bundled my phone, internet and tv with ATT and had nothing but problems, not only with my TV/VCR but ATT disabled my alarm system "cutting" wires in my low-voltage box. I had ATT out 5-6 times and each time, my TV service was worse. Finally called Hooked UP and spoke to Brent, who immediately scheduled a service call for 2 days later. Adam called me before the scheduled appt to see if it was okay if he came a little early! GREAT! Adam was very professional and courteous and ID'd the problem in about 1 minute. He even went to the trouble of drawing me a diagram of what buttons to push for TV/VCR. Adam appt. lasted a total of about 30 minutes from the time he walked in my door until the time I gladly wrote him the check. I would not hesitate to call Hooked UP again and I could not recommend them highly enough.

Brent arrived for the initial consultation on time and provided us with multiple options. Once we decided on the best solution, we were scheduled, his team arrived as scheduled and completed the work without issue. Could not be happier with the entire process and we will be using them again in the future.

From the very first email, Hooked Up Installs and more specifically Brent were outstanding to work with! Brent came out to the house within a week of first contact and promptly provided us a thorough quote. We decided to do the job in 2 phases about a year or so apart. The work crew that came both times were very professional. Once they got into the ceiling on the main floor, they realized that the ceiling joists were running perpendicular to the way they anticipated. This required a significant amount of more work for them, but they never complained nor did they charge us an extra dime. I emailed Brent frequently and he always responded within minutes. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone!

All I can say is that these guys were unbelievable! The original install was to run wiring from the back of the TV along the fireplace mantle to the cable box. Instead, they took it upon themselves with my approval to conceal the wires thru the wall. It took much more work than what they were supposed to originally do. But they did a fantastic job. They answered all my questions and left the house spotless. Most important...the TV looks outstanding! I would recommend these guys to anyone who wants a professional job well done!

They did a great job with the home theater area. They installed several remotes and speakers, hung the TV, and organized the AV closet in a nice, neat area under the staircase. They did a great job and I was very happy with them.
