We are extremely happy with the work done. Dean is the owner and a great guy to work with. He met with me and my husband, listened to everything we wanted and delivered! He also made some suggestions that we didn't think of, but was never pushy. The entire job was done for the exact dollar amount he quoted us and was completed ahead of schedule. D&D was polite on the initial call. An appointment was scheduled based upon my availability. A reminder card was sent in the mail. Dean arrived on time and professionally dressed. He did an assessment and began the work in a timely manner. He did a full first pass and a second quick pass to ensure all water had properly drained. He removed the back flow, sealed it for winter and made sure I had all parts. Dean was very professional.
