In a world full of bad contractors (and we know so many with buying our first home and it was a rehab done wrong) Dean is GOLD!!!! YEP WE STRUCK GOLD! Finally someone that understood what we needed and knew what we needed before we did. Our backyard was a disaster but when we bought the house we were like "how hard could this be?" well... It wasn't anything we could do ourselves that was for sure... Not with constant flooding, saturated sod and poor drainage. So along came Dean, his son and his workers... Done in a few days and our backyard transformed into something we never thought possible, and trust me, we were ready to give up and just put our newly bought house up for sale again...but not now...we're here to stay. The brick patio is EVERYTHING. Along with new sod and gorgeous flowerbeds!! We now have a place outside we actually want to relax in... And now when we're in the kitchen I catch myself just staring out of the window at the gorgeous yard. And I just daydream. Before we just looked out, huffed curse words and walked away. We dreaded taking our dogs out there because they would have muddy paws... But now we can actually play and relax with our pups... And please tell Dean you want lights in the garden as well... Trust me.... As for Dean himself...he's knowledgeable, down to earth and has tons of experience. He is a good guy and very responsive. He takes pride in his work and what's done under his name. He called everyday of the job to let us know he was on way and when he was done. Our yard is now the envy of our entire Chicago block!!! I'm not even kidding. Once neighbors saw and I posted photos on social media.. Everyone is begging us for a house warming party! Thanks Dean!!!

I was late contacting someone to come out and winterize my sprinkler system (November!) Dean called me back within one day, and came out the same day. He worked efficiently and quickly, and at a very reasonable rate. He knows his stuff, and that makes me feel secure in my choice!

Friendly and professional service!

Dean was such a nice guy. Not only is his service so reasonably priced, he took time to explain the sprinkler system to us since we have never owned a house with one before. We will use him every spring and winter for our irrigation system. It's nice to know there are still companies that offer such great service. We requested information on Wednesday and he came out on Saturday- such an easy progress. Thanks Dean!

Incredibly fast response, D&D was able to call and come out for the sprinkler closure for the season the same day because they had job in the area already. This was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful to share information about the sprinkler systems and process, especially good for new homeowners who recently purchased the home. I'll be hiring them every year.
