Description of Work: I have mixed feelings about this company. The problem is not with quality or customer service but with their overall processes. Let me explain. Designer recommended a plan. It was hand drawn and I had to sign off. A installer came without any conversation with the designer and had no instructions. Drawers were wrong size and didn't have inserts. Installer couldn't figure out designer's design. Obviously, the folks building it didn't either. I called up manager and he said to call the designer. She came out and said that it was built wrong and she would have remade. I originally ordered in October and did not receive until March. An issue I have is that, since it was a small job, they would only fit in installation when they had time. For example, they called and said they'd be there on one particular date but it wasn't good for me. Therefore, I was told I'd have to wait another 4 weeks. Well, when the installer came, again parts weren't included and he didn't have instructions with how to install it. I called customer service and they were very responsive and remedied the problem the same day. It seems they want to do a good job, but the designer has no follow through. The quality of the product is attractive and very good.

+ -1 moreSales persons did not provide much design experience, even though her attitude suggested otherwise. She refused to provide an electronic design and quote, but demanded that we meet to go over everything even though we had told her that our busy schedule makes this nearly impossible. When we said that we couldn't meet she got defensive and said if we really wanted a 30 year house that we should meet.
Description of Work: Sales person came to the house to provide a design/price for installing closets at our home.
