+ -1 moreScheduled quote appointment weeks in advance. Received one call and email asking whether my building is commercial. It’s not. It’s a self-managed condo in the city of Chicago with common elements owned by the unit owners. Received cancellation notice of my appointment week of without an email reply or voicemail, nor reason in the cancellation notice. Disappointed in this service and will unfortunately investigate other companies for my condominium’s business. Shame for a well-rated company but appears this is becoming more problematic as of late.

+ -1 moreMy spouse and I have discussed adding solar panels for over 20 years, but have been deterred by the expense and concerns about substandard installations about which we have read. We finally made the decision to go ahead. We choose Certasun and are glad we made that decision. Certasun's installation crew was top notch and responsive to my requests. Robert B, Rodrigo, and the rest of the crew were terrific. Watching them work and seeing the care they took helped us feel good about our purchase. The system they installed is one of the tidiest, nicest looking ones we have seen. We highly recommend Certasun.
