The new windows in my condo were unexpectedly taller than the previous windows and the old drapes could not be adapted. Barry returned my call promptly and quickly scheduled an appointment. He was a great help advising workable window treatments and had an excellent selection. The cellular shades and drapery panels arrived sooner than expected and an installation date was immediately scheduled. Installation was neat and clean. I am very pleased with the results.

I think the pricing was very fair and very good. It?s a great price considering the number of blinds and the size of the windows that we have. We will probably go with it because the turn around time is just two weeks where most other places are four weeks or longer. When you move in your house you want to have your bedroom windows covered before you move entirely out here. I haven?t yet gone through with them so I really cannot comment so much. They came with the samples of the blinds and understanding exactly what we wanted. They had their research at the finger tips and they gave us a quote right there, within the time frame of our appointments. They were very timely and very knowledgeable. They gave us some helpful suggestions like over our bathroom we didn?t want wood work but something else which could absorb the moisture. There were no pushy sales at all and it was very much a presentation about the information in answering questions, giving me information that would help me to make a decision. They were very responsive in giving the quote. It was easy to make an appointment. They were in time for the appointment. I would use their services again in the future.

I think they were reasonably priced. They took the measurements and helped us pick several blinds from the samples they had. They then said the blinds were on backorder and we would have liked to have known that before we chose the ones we wanted. It took them more than a month to get the blinds. We wanted a particular blind for our bedroom that they did not carry and we purchased somewhere else. We asked him if he would install them for us when he did the other installation and he said yes. When he came out for the installation of our blind order, he gave us a bit of an attitude to install them. He did not have the proper equipment with him to hang the blinds on our stairway and that was disappointing.

The order came on time, though there was a slight delay for one item. All the window coverings fit well, and Mr. Wineberg took care to use sturdy bolts to hold the heavy vertical blinds for the patio door. The price included the coverings, labor and tax. The job was done well and I'm happy with the blinds and patient service.

I am very pleased. Barry was very efficient and easy to work with. The ordered product was just what I expected, and the price was very good for the quality delivered. The order came in slightly ahead of schedule, and they were installed right away. I appreciated that Barry took off his shoes and was very tidy with the installation. This is the third company I have used for faux wood blinds in the past three years, and I would definitely use them again and recommend them.
