Fantastic. Great service.
Description of Work: The technician did a fantastic job. Put on 2 new deadbolts as well as 2 new lever handles. Hardware is exactly what I wanted and my locks have never operated as well as they do now. Will definitely refer Bluebird Locksmith to friends and family. Oh, price and customer service was A+!

Description of Work: I called to have my front door lock repaired, or replaced, because it no longer stayed closed without locking. And also to have two door handles replaced on our patio doors. Dave was fantastic - so quick to respond, he came out on a Friday night to assess the problem(s) and give me a quote. The original thought was that the front door handle would need to be completely replaced, and since it was a special order size, would cost approximately $600. Plus, the cost of replacing the handles which was still to be determined. Upon closer inspection as he took apart the front door lock, Dave was able to do a simple repair and the door works perfectly again! He found a simple solution for my patio doors, too that didn't require new handles after all. The final charge was only $88! He could have really stuck me with expensive repair costs, but he is honest and customer oriented. Not very common these days. I will call Bluebird Locksmith anytime I have a need for an honest evaluation and door/lock repair in my home - and refer them to my friends!

Description of Work: Removed broken door handle. Was able to quickly figure out why it broke and recommended replacing brand, location to purchase. Excellent knowledge and reliable. Came back later that same day once I was able to purchase parts needed for job.
