+ -1 moreJust had John do a screen and finish on our floors. Absolutely beautiful. The floors had lots of surface scratches on them from when we had a dog. He looked at it and told us that a full strip down to wood and refinish was overkill. He recommended a screen and refinish option where he just takes off the top finish but doesn't sand to the wood. Then he applies two coats of finish. Half the cost of the full down to wood option that he did not recommend but quoted anyway. The floors are flawless. Not a scratch visible even if you look close. Very professional too. And the dust. Truly nonexistent. Five stars and highly recommended.

+ -1 moreAssured Restoration refinished our floors years ago, but couldn't remember their name....so asked a neighbor who they would recommend (as their floors were just refinished) , and sure enough.....Assured Restoration!! They came in and quoted our current floor, plus a floor we wanted converted from tile to wood (need to be blended in). The quote was excellent, quality of work was as expected (outstanding).......and took about a week to complete. No dust after sanding (their vacuum caught everything).....and the stain/clear really came out nice.
