Courteous young men took care of the gutters in short order. I would hire them again.

They arrived and knocked on the door. They did not call to say they were doing the job on that day. The weather was warm enough so I assume they just put my house on the schedule. No big deal because I was home but a call would have been more professional. They did the job efficiently and in a timely fashion. I asked the main man if they would put the debris in bags but he said they don't. They put it along the side of the house. Again, no big deal since I have much yard work(leaf clean-up) to complete. It would have been a problem if this were not the case. Again more professional to take the debris away.

The work was not to my satisfaction. I had specied 12/2,12/9, or 12/16 as possible dates but noted that I was flexible and asked that they call me after the thanksgiving holiday to schedule. They never called but came on a Sunday afternoon (11/30) while i was out and left the receipt in my mail box. I checked the gutters from several upstairs windows and while they were cleaner, they were not clear of debris. I responded to their email asking for a rating by telling them not much had been done and were they certain they got the right house. I asked that they call me. Two fellows showed up on Monday orTuesday, without calling and protested that my gutters were cleaned as well as possible given the cold and ice. Both November 29 and 30 were mild days with temperatures in the mid 40s so it is unlikely that the gutters were iiced up.. I was not prepared for this unannounced visit and did not have ladders ready to show them the debris and was not comfortable with inviting them in to view the gutters from the upstairs windows. I also did not want to argue as they were insistent that the job was well done. I said fine, now goodbye. I have cleaned my gutters at least 2x a year since i bought this house 25 years ago. I did it myself until I turned 60. The gutters were last cleaned (up and down) this July. This was not a thorough job.

Bought the "Big Deal" package for gutters and downspouts on Nov. 20. Provider did work on the morning of Dec. 2, while I was not home. They did a very good job ( I checked everything when I was back home), and left no debris behind. Company provides very good value for the price of their service. Other businesses I contacted about gutter cleaning charged extra for downspouts and even for the bags to collect the debris. Others wanted me to provide them with bags and place them out for trash pick up day. The bag issue is just plain tacky! America's Property removed everything, using their own bags. I would gladly use America's Property Maintenance Services again.

They (two guys) arrived, they cleaned the gutters, they left - simple job, reasonably priced.

I purchased a gutter cleaning deal on Angie's List for $79. It was one of the cheaper options. I didn't hear anything for 1.5 weeks but then received an email that they were waiting for warmer weather. They just showed up one day, which I wasn't expecting but which was fine. They did the job quickly and showed me what they had cleaned out of a troublesome area above our garage. It seems as though the last people who cleaned out gutters didn't do a proper job. These guys were good, courteous and fast. We would use them again.

It took a little time to get the gutter cleaning scheduled because of the early Winter weather. But the service kept us informed about potential dates via Angie's list email. Eventually said they would be out on Nov. 30th and then came on the 29th, which was fine by us. Helped stop a gutter leak by spraying some "glue" that we provided. No extra charge. Very efficient.

The vendor did the job promptly with very little mess on the ground.

I purchased a Big Deal. They did not contact me through Angie's list as I expected, but they did come out a little more than a week after I made the purchase and cleaned my gutters.

Their communication was delayed and I wanted it done before snowfall. I had to initiate contact and they often replied in a couple days. I got a message from them last night but at this time have decided to not use this coupon.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and customer service I received. We had to reschedule twice due to the gutters being frozen and each time I was told promptly and immediately given a new time. The team that came to do the work were very courteous and respectful. When the work was done I did a quick inspection of the work and was very happy with the results. Would definitely recommend.

Purchased an Angie's List Deal for a gutter cleaning for my garage gutters on 11/3. Initially scheduled the service for 11/12. The 12th came an went with no calls and no show. I received an email stating they had equipment problems and that they would arrive on 11/14. I received another email stating they were at my property on the 11/14 but that I was not home and the crew left without completing the work. I had no missed calls on my phone that day despite the claim that they called me. 11/16 Received an email asking when they should reschedule. 11/17 I replied with available dates. No reply from APM 11/20 I emailed asking to be contacted in order to reschedule the service. No reply from APM 11/25 Gutters still dirty. No phone calls. No messages. No contact from America's Property Maintenance in 10 days. Asked for a refund. No reply from APM 11/28 Gutters still dirty. No contact from APM.

It really went quite well. I did not even realize they were here. It was quick and painless. I will definitely use again.

Purchased the service over the weekend. Got a call on Sunday to schedule a time. They were here Monday morning at 8:30am to perform the service in very cold weather. Cleaned the gutters and checked the downspouts. Let me know everything looked good. Will use them again.

He did a great job in cleaning the carpet and did extra work on the soiled spots. He was an hour late because he got lost finding our place.

We wanted to get rid of stains in the carpet. He said the carpet will look like new after cleaning. When the carpet dried the stains were still there. We asked to him to come back and get rid of the stains. He said he'll come in a week. He didn't show up. We asked him again. He promised to come back in a week again, didn't show up again. The carpet cleaning was a total waste of money.

I was very pleased on the quality of the cleaning and their attention to detail. Will definitely use them again!
