 + 0 moreI called for an estimate Add-On was accurate with the $ amount, when I comparison shopped. They were available immediately to measure for accuracy. The window took less than a week to be ordered/cut ahead of schedule. Having to go through insurance, Add-On was not one of the companies. The other quotes were higher. These companies gave incorrect information about regulations for highrise glass, raising prices for getting the glass to the 21st floor and some other untruths. Add-on answered questions regarding the regulations. I contacted my insurance company and was able to get them approved for glass replacement. They came in $1000 less. The reason being I did not need to put shatter proof glass in this window. The installation took 3 hrs. The men were neat, efficient, on time and this was an overall good experience.
Description of Work: Replace broken window in highrise 8"x8" on 21st floor.
