Description of Work: In the beginning, things didn't go well because we had to wait several months to schedule the work since he didn't work in the wintertime. He also complained that he was losing money on the deal if he would have had to stay for the full two hours offered in the deal. Ultimately, the work was completed, but we felt uneasy about purchasing deals due to the experience with him specifically.
