The provider and the process went very well. Scott Stockwell was very responsive very professional The provider was running late for our appointment time he called to let me know where he was at and what the time adjustment would be. After arriving he started to work everything from that point on went as planned. The cost of the services and the work performed was of great value. I will definitely use this provider again. After purchase of "Big deal" the provider sent email with 2 dates of availability. I responded with earliest date and they never showed up for appointment . I never heard from vendor by email or phone again . I contacted your customer service dept. and requested and received a refund 16 days after buying deal. I am not sure of the reasons as they never responded to me or apparently your customer care rep.

Scott and his son Bob stopped by and was not only on time, but very professional. He walked me through the process of what he was going to do and gave recommendations when needed. They were very careful, as I had other work going on within the bathroom and cleaned up any mess they made, which is was very minimal at best. The communication before the project was very smooth and I said wait I was looking to have done and he said it was an easy job and it seem like it was something they have done a thousand times. I would recommend Scott to anyone looking to get electrical work done.

Scott at Stockwell Electric did 2 jobs for me...at one residence he replaced hard-wired smoke alarms...at the other, he installed a new chandelier in the dining room. He was very prompt in responding to my requests for appt's at both locations and was right on time for the appts. The chandelier installation turned out to be a bigger job because of the age of the house and the intricacies of the chandelier itselt. Scott and David were very attentive to the chandelier details...including recognizing that the chandelier was being installed in a "vintage home" and having extra parts on hand to accomodate the older design. Scott also made sure that wiring was properly grounded (the previous installation was not) and that the chandelier was properly supported in the ceiling. He did an excellent job

Great service - quality workmanship. Scott and his son Bob were punctual, friendly and completed the work in a timely basis.

They did the job as asked and for the price agreed, but with some extra time required. I felt they were above board and we are pleased with the quality of the work.

I will definitely be using them again for future services. My experience was great. The work they did was great and they were able to trouble shoot things without damaging property. Scheduling went well and they were responsive. I was satisfied with they did.

He showed up on time, was very pleasant and informative. He also made sure to clean up after the job was completed. He did a very satisfactory job.

He worked slowly and spent most of his time and effort trying to convince me to pay for upgraded services.

They did a good job. There were additional charges beyond the big deal amount because we had an electrical issue. By the time it was all said and done it was around $1000. The price was great.

Scott is outstanding. Totally flexible on time and very fair on price. He was prompt, cordial, professional and worked quickly and neatly. He installed the outlets as described above and even suggested a different outlet (from the one I had) that was inset into the wall, making a cleaner look. Loved the guy, will recommend and will use again.

Punctual and helpful where there needed to be work arounds. Jeff was working with a hurt shoulder (operation coming soon) and was clearly in pain but he was professional (I just felt bad.)

We asked Scott to move an electrical outlet in our kitchen. He called when he was on his way and arrived within the window he promised. He finished within the 2 hours that were allotted and cleaned his work area upon completion. It was a great experience!

Purchased a big deal for 2 hours of electrical work for $95 for both jobs. Scott did a good job installing a ceiling fan in one of the rooms of my house. However, installation of the overhead range hood was mediocre at best (found out later that Scott forgot to release the knock out for the hood so that air could vent out of the home as opposed to getting trapped in the kitchen area - I ended up releasing the knockout myself so that the hood could work properly)

Unfortunately he could not honour the coupon. He emailed me promptly to ask me to call. Probably did not expect so much response.

It went fine. He came on time, did his work and overall knew what he was doing.

Although we were unable to use the service due to extenuating circumstances, Mr. Stockwell was very helpful in finding an alternative provider and very pleasant to work with.

Scott and his son came out and in one day completed all work in our basement. They installed 8 recessed lights (dimmable) in a room that was previously very dark. They did a great job and cleaned up well afterwards. They were very friendly and professional throughout the process. I will certainly use Scott for all my future electrical needs! The room now looks like a completely different place... just as we had hoped!

It went great. Mr. Stockwell as courteous, professional, prompt, and had integrity. He was transparent in showing me what had to be done, why it had to be done a certain way, and justified the additional cost. It was a nominal cost and completely sensible. His work approach was neat and business-like. He cleaned up extremely well and I was very pleased with his neatness and quality of his work. I recommended him immediately to family and friends.

Professional and everything you expect out of a top notch electrician. Also went out of his way to check couple of item around the house and wiring.

Everything went extremely well. Scott showed up on time and went over our options for how to do several things and the pros and cons of each. For the fan that was not pre-wired, Scott was able to wire and install the fan without cutting any additional holes in our ceiling and walls -- Scott explained there was a chance the holes would still be necessary, but every other electrician we spoke to had told us there was no way around putting several holes in the ceiling to complete the project. Scott completed everything in the time frame he had quoted and on budget. He was very clean and professional in the house and we will call Scott for any future electrical needs.

Scott was very responsive and returned my call right away to book an appointment. He showed up on-time and was very pleasant to deal with. It was clear right away that he knew what he was doing. His estimate was spot-on, he completed the work perfectly and he didn't leave a mess behind. Scott says that he is usually booked several weeks out (probably a credit to his great work) but for me it was worth the wait. I'd certainly have him come back and do more work if I needed it.

It took them six weeks to get me scheduled. He said he was very busy from the deal. He also said if that was too long for me to wait I could call Angie's List for a refund. I decided to wait. He showed up 10 minutes late without a call and left early. He was very cranky when he arrived. He was complaining that the people ahead of him had cancelled. I found this unprofessional. I had to move some heavy drawers and he did not offer any assistance with that. He changed the transmitter and never mentioned there was going to be an additional charge for that or how much it would be. He added on $20 for the transmitter. I feel he should have mentioned that prior to doing it. At the end of the job when he was going to leave I mentioned I still had time left and he said: What do you expect me to do in 10 minutes which I found was unprofessional. I paid for 2 hours and feel he should done something for the remaining minutes.
