The work was done quickly - within the 2 hour big deal that I bought - and to my satisfaction. The vent looks great and works well.

Electrician was scheduled a month in advance. I felt obligated to wait as I had purchased the Angie's list coupon the electrican was offering. Electrician repaired the hallway light fixture correctly. Power was restored to the bathroom but the original light fixture was not replaced. Despite having asked that the kitchen electrical receptacles get repaired, the receptacles were only removed, not repaired or replaced.

I purchased a deal for $95 for a ceiling fan installation in June of 2013 and contacted the vendor in the Fall to schedule the installation. The owner was going to be unavailable for a couple of months for medical reasons, so we scheduled a time in January. Prior to the scheduled date, he contacted me to confirm the time and location. He showed up on time and brought an assistant to ensure that the installation could be completed. Both were pleasant and they completed the job in a timely fashion.

The service turned out excellent. They were good, and I mentioned another problem I was having and they took care of that also. Their price was fine. They did an excellent job.

Everything went great. It all works properly.

Scott was great. He returned my call promptly, scheduled a time, and showed up on time as promised. He repaired a light fixture in my kitchen, and a burnt outlet. I was satisfied with work, and would use him again. He came prepared and worked efficiently.

I had three switches installed where there was just wires coming out of the boxes. Scott installed two three-way switches with dimmers. He also installed a ceiling fan and a switch. All work was done in a professional manner and I was very pleased with the results. I purchased a two hour special through Angie's List.

The lights and dimmers work well. (I would advise to have a detail conversation with Scott before he's scheduled so you know what electrical supplies to get before the job is started. For instance, I needed caulking to go around an outdoor light, the actual dimmer switch, etc.)

He was professional and courteous. I live in a high-rise building that was built in 1970. A year ago I purchased a Groupon to have this work done and that company told me that they couldn't locate the correct wall plates and basically kept avoiding my calls and scheduling the job. I cancelled that Groupon. Imagine how pleased I was when Scott told me that he could absolutely get the correct plates for me. He did! He was respectful of my home while doing his work, taking care not to leave behind and debris. Overall it was such a great experience. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend Stockwell Electric.

He arrived with his son to assist as he was recovering from shoulder surgery. Worked to answer all my questions and checked out my concerns.

The gentleman was responsive when I called to schedule, arrived on time, and did a quality job in all respects. My only issue is that he wasn't able to complete everything even though I had him return for another 2-hour block of time. Basically, I felt as though all of the tasks at hand should have been completed within the 4 hours that he spent at the house.

Scott answered right away and offered me his last appointment of the week. He was very punctual arriving at the exact time he promised. He did a great job, cleaned up after his work and was very friendly. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Just a nice, good guy that knows what he's doing. I think it was a great value too!

My experience with them was fine. They did a great job. They were very timely, very considerate, brought different shoes to wear inside because of the snow and they were wonderful, very friendly, nice, and got everything done and asked if there is anything else they could do because they have few minutes left. It was great. He gave me a card for the future and there prices even without the deal are very reasonable.

Scott called the day of with his ETA and got here early. We had a detailed discussion about the placement of the lights and he and his assistant performed the work, cleaned up and left. He even came back a few days later with a replacement bulb for the one that was flawed. Scott is a straight-up, personable guy and I have already referred him to 2 friends.

They installed the fixture that I had purchased. It wasn't working properly and they explained the problem. I went back to the store and got a partial refund. I was able to get the piece that was broken replaced and they gave instructions to install it once it arrived.

Conversation with provider revealed that the project was too high to perform.

When the technician arrived at our house he was not able to fix the problem we were having with the overhead ceiling fan due to it's age. He did however supply us with the name of a man who specializes in repairing the older Casablanca fans. Stockwell Electric kindly refunded our Big Deal money after the service call.

I requested electrical repair service in my kitchen and in my crawl space. The vendor indicated he is recuperating from surgery and is taking some jobs but my work would be too difficult for him at this time. This discussion occurred over the telephone, so he did not come out to the home for an estimate and no repairs were done.

Scott provided outstanding service; he contacted me promptly to advise he would be late for the appointment. He was professional, thorough, clean and provided sound advice. In addition to the work performed, he recommended other improvement to the house, such as adding light in the laundry room to illuminate a a dark area. Considering that quality electrical work in very important, I appreciated Scott's diligence and focus on quality vs. quantity. I will use him again for future home improvements.

Scott was prompt, courteous and very through. He completed all the things I was concerned with in a timely efficient and professional matter. He brought shoes for inside, a drop cloth to contain any mess and did a great job cleaning up after himself. I would hire Scott again in a heartbeat, should the occasion arise.
