Great service all around. He showed up on time, was very communicative about the work to be done, the rates were very reasonable and the job was performed professionally. Also very friendly and I had a great time shooting the breeze with about a variety of stuff. Highly recommended!

Very professional. Got right to work and completed job in allotted time. Spent a few minutes explaining the remote control for ceiling fan and timer for outdoor light.

They were able to come out within a week after I purchased the deal. One technician came for the work. He stayed the whole two hours and even stayed a bit longer checking over things for us. It was a great experience!

It went well. Scott arrived a little before appointment time. We went through the tasks to be done and then left him to work. He suggested some solutions to the problem I was having with the fan and we figured it out and went forward. He talked to me about the outside light and made some good suggestions that we moved forward with. He was neat, clean and professional.

Provider got lost on the way to my house and did not have GPS (he was using printed directions). He called no less than 5 times trying to find my house and ended up being about 45 minutes late. He replaced the bathroom sconce and dimmer in about an hour. He then was supposed to install 2 new boxes above plugs in a bedroom and then install the sconces. Never once did he tell me this might take more than the 2 hours I had already paid for. Never mentioned it. I started to get worried at about 3 hours in. Again he never said anything to me about charging extra. Finally at 4 hours in I had to leave to pick up one of my kids from school. I asked how much longer it would take. He said "it takes what it takes". Ok... He had a whole set up going in the bedroom with music playing...he seemed pretty comfy. Long story short he was at my house for over 4 hours. I was charged a few hundred dollars over the amount I originally paid when I bought this coupon. I don't know if there were issues or if he was just the slowest electrician on the planet. Although his work was satisfactory, it took waaaaaay too long and I won't be using him again for this reason.

Because of Angie's List he was too busy, he couldn't schedule for several weeks and I couldn't wait.

Scott was both professional and pleasant. He performed all work in an efficient manner, and answered all of my questions. More importantly, he was able to analyze and fix two external electrical outlets,which weren't producing any electricity. He also replaced the outlet covers, which weren't up to code.

Scott was professional, prompt , completed the work and cleaned up afterwards. He metmy expectations in getting the work done. He scheduled the appointment and called when he was able to come early to complete the work.

We have emailed back and forth and he informed that he would not be able to get to the work for several weeks. I have decided to use someone else.

Stockwell Electric was great, promptly answered my questions and provided information. Unfortunately, I have been out of town most of the last few months and the dates that i had available did not work with the companies schedule. The customer service was great and my wanting a refund has nothing to do with the service provider, just scheduling difficulties.

I purchased the Stockwell Electric big deal because their operating hours stated that they worked on weekends. However, upon purchasing and trying to setup a time, I was informed that they did not work weekends and were not available in evenings. As a result, Scott at Stockwell promptly let me know and suggested I request a refund. I was very happy with his response time.

Prompt, and did the job perfectly. Would hire again.

Scott came out on short notice and did a good job.

They were nice on the phone but we didn't use them because they weren't available on the day we needed service.

I spoke with them back in November and they were willing to still do the service at a later date and I hope they will still honor the Big Deal. They were prompt when I called.

Everything went fine. He worked efficiently, explained everything he did and answered all questions that I had.
