He was very helpful, and he referred to another company who is more experienced with the job I wanted done. He was very professional and knowledgeable, but the ceiling fan job I needed was out of his expertise.

They don’t service high-rises, so we couldn’t use them. We found another company. The professionalism and responsiveness in our communications was alright.

They came out to look at the job and it was determined that it would be much more expensive than what the Big Deal covered. That being the case we both decided it wouldn't work out.

Could not secure an appointment that works for my schedule.

They called me right away, and let me know that they were unable to schedule the work when I needed.

A lot of these questions don't apply to my situation. However, I filled out the form as much as I could. I do not need electric services. I called the company to schedule services, and they told me that they could not help me.

Scott was great. Worked efficiently and cleaned up after himself. Everything he did is working as it should. Really nice guy too, knows his stuff. We took advantage of an Angie's List offer for 2 hrs of work and paid a little extra to cover the slight overage required to complete all the tasks I had lined up for him. I anticipated that would happen so I was not concerned about that. We will definitely call him again!

Couldn't agree on the time and day for the tasks to be completed.

It went really well! This is the second time I've used Stockwell and each time has been a great experience. These are just really good, honest electricians who know what they are doing. We have used many different electricians and I feel like I finally found good ones.... I won't use anyone else.

Scott was great. Very friendly from the get go, and work efficiently. He was good to clean up after himself and did a very thorough job. It was just a couple of fairly small jobs, but I would certainly use him again in the future. One of the things I really like is how honest he is about everything, it's good to have people you can trust.

Unable to schedule in time of need.

Provider is booked out to December. I am looking for service sooner. I would like a refund and I will try another provider.

I went really well. He was prompt. He got the job done quickly and he had a great personality. I would definitely use him again.

Member called in very upset said the company told her they were to busy and she felt like they just didn't want to come out.

One month for an appointment not acceptable.

He was very prompt in responding, but unfortunately is very busy and was unable to perform the work when I needed it done. I have since figured out another solution to my electrical problems though.

We had sent messages back and forth through Angie's List and tried to schedule a time. He was scheduling appointments too far out and it did not fit within our time-frame.

The company is too busy to star for over a month, so I have returned the deal. The company contacted me in a timely manner.

While they did not perform the work, I very much appreciated them letting me know they werent able to schedule me within the desired time frame.

The vendor said he is booked through December 1which won't work for me. I had a problem in the past trying to book an appointment with them as well.

Scott Stockwell promptly and professionally let me know that he is booked through the end of November, and our electric work needs to be completed sooner.

Bought the "big deal" intending to use it immediately in order to do some electrical work for a real estate transaction. The provider contacted me and said that due to overwhelming demand from the "big deal", he was unable to schedule an appointment within my time frame. I found another service provider via AL, and had the work completed without issue. Ideally, I would like a refund, but would take a credit for a future "big deal" (in another area) if that's my only option. Thanks!

He said that he doesn’t do the type of work that I needed done. One of them he couldn’t do and the other one he couldn’t come until December. I’ll be selling and closing the house well before then. He was quick in getting back to me and was straight up about his ability to do the work.

I purchased this Big Deal because my electric fireplace needed work done - I think it needs a new starter. The company responded that they don't do this type of work. So, I have to find someone else. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Very good. Completely within timeframe we needed. Responded quickly after my deal purchase. I feel like this transaction was what was envisioned when Angie's list was created.
