Stockwell Electric

I was very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism of Scott Stockwell. He arrived promptly on the agreed upon date and time. The job was more involved than originally thought because he had to rewire the outlet from a previously incorrect wiring job. He is a very pleasant and honest individual to deal with. I am very pleased with the results and I intend to use him again for more electrical work this spring.

He called me back, and he was informative, and very nice. I need the work done sooner than they are available to schedule me for.

Great - the fix took about 30minutes

They arrived on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. He informed me that he had to follow the city code in order to do my repairs, which cost me more money, but he did do a great job and was very neat. They took their shoes off and were very courteous. I would recommend their services to others.

Scott contacted us twice to confirm the appointment time was still ok and explained why he would need a helper for the microwave which we approved in advance. There were no surprises. We found Scott very professional and personable. we believed everything was handled fairly. Should we have electrical projects in the future Stockwell Electric will be our fWrst call.

It was very good. He was very insightful and had great knowledge on what he was doing.

I contacted him numerous times and tried to get something scheduled, eventually he told me he was just too busy to get me scheduled in and I should just request a refund

Scott showed up and went right to work. There was a defective part (the wall timer) that we supplied. But, he diagnosed that. Luckily we had a backup. He put in the backup and everything went well.

First of all, Scott was punctual and courteous. Our problem was a previous contractor's work had left us with non-functioning ceiling and wall electrical drops. The wall switches didn;t work and we had no power to the ceiling drops. Scott fixed that problem, explained what he did, and we now have functioning outlets. He was very meticulous in his work and ensured that the work was done safely and properly. Because of the nature of our problem, it took a little longer than the original two hours we had planned - but we were quite pleased that Scott took great care to fix our issue. Our little dog approved of him, so that was a plus! We have other work coming in future that will require an expert electrician - we will be employing Scott Stockwell again. We would highly recommend this professional.

He was great! Super Responsive when scheduling. Explained everything he was doing. Gave me tips on things. He even brought clean shoes to wear so he didn't track snow in my house (which I loved). I would totally use him again for any of our electrical needs.

They were good. He took a little longer to come out, he was very backed up and busy. He's a good, honest, hardworking guy. He did what he said he would, and got the work done.

Scott was great. He was friendly and liked my little dogs. Also asked me exactly what I needed done and if there was anything else that he could take care of while he was here. Definitely will recommend.

They guy struggled. I know he was having some health issues so I'm going to have to get the work done again. I had him do some other stuff but he was not able to lift his arms so he brought an associate along who wasn't trained to do what he was doing. I spend a couple hundred more than the deal amount and they took a couple of months to come out. They installed some electrical outlets along my kitchen and dimmers; which was fine. I had a ceiling fan that I needed them to install in another bathroom and he said he would do the work but not without a helper because he had an injury. So he brought an assistant along to do the work but it didn't get done right. The fan seems like its dragging and overheating. I don't know if it wasn't installed properly.

He arrived on time and completed the work in about 45 minutes. He asked whether the new fixtures were positioned too high or too low before completing the job. At the end, asked whether the illumination was too bright, in which case I would buy new bulbs. He cleaned up after the work was done. Although this was not a challenging job, it seemed clear that he was experienced.

I enjoyed meeting Scott and working with him. (He is an interesting guy!)

He was supposed to replace a track lighting however after purchasing the coupon, I found out that he did not have availabilty for some time. So I cancelled the coupon.

He was wonderful! He went above and beyond, was on time, and cleaned up after himself. I can't think of anything negative to say. We will be using him again in the future.

Fine. tidey & effeciant

I had a local handyman install new light switches and dimmers in my kitchen but they didn't work properly so I purchased the two hour package from Stockwell Electric. I couldn't be more pleased. I was the last appointment of the day and Scott asked me to be patient because he was a little behind schedule and I didn't mind. If you schedule Scott for two hours and your job takes longer, he stays and finishes the task. He's not the kind of guy who stares at his watch and hits the door at the two hour mark or tries to nickel and dime you. Scott got all my three way switches working. He installed new dimmer switches. Scott even fixed a GFI that I though would have to be totally re-wired. He also noticed a switch that had been installed upside down and fixed it on his own. I plan on having Scott back in the spring to move an outlet for me before I paint the kitchen, this guy knows his stuff. ,

They could not do work in my building.

They said that they will not be able to do the work.

Everything went great. I would use them again in the future.
