+ -1 moreI have spent over $3,000 on the fireplace in my living room. If you get any work done through him, please make sure to write out a contract & not pay till job is ''100% complete and satisfactory'' as this could happen to you.
Description of Work: I recommended this company to a client of mine who has had a very bad experience. Their experience is as follows: Gas Fire place insert installation. Ray (Raul Quesada) started the installation of fireplace and left it incomplete back in Feb 2006. He got paid for the job in advance so he had no incentive to complete the job later. He didn't reply to my phone calls. One winter has come & gone with a non-functional fireplace. Another one is coming. Fireplace company gave him the wrong receiver for the fireplace. According to the fireplace company, ''It is the contractors job to complete the job, even if it takes time to come and exchange any wrong parts''. Wires are hanging out, gas pipe is dangerous and needs to be replaced. There is the safety & asthetics issue. Fireplace door doesn't fit right. No other contractor wants to pick up after him. This is a big mess. He did my chimney work, and did a good job at it, so I requested him to install the fire place as well
