SALS POWERWASHING

Contacted Sal. He texted back immediately and gave me a quote for the cleaning. I paid 1/2 down as a deposit and work was then scheduled. Work was completed with their hoses and debris was taken offsite. One of my downspouts was clogged and they cleared it out.

I placed a call and received a professional voice mail. I was called back and explained that we had 22 units in a town home complex and wanted a quote for power washing of siding, brick and pavement. Sal visited the site that week and called me from there. I was supposed to have a quote after the site visit. I called him from out of town. He stated that he was 'jammed up' and could not fax a quote but could provide numbers over the phone. However, he stated he could fax me the quote next week. By Wednesday I had not received a quote and by Friday I called him and he could not even provide numbers over the phone. Also, he stated in various conversations that their bid would be at or near the top (in price). Also, he needed to obtain quotes to 'rent' equipment for the job including lifts. I do not recommend working with this company. Although they have been in business for 25 years they lack equipment, a receptionist and a fax machine.

I thought that they did a very good job. I had a little trouble finding a professional company in our area, but the owner was willing to come out, even though we weren't quite in his area.

No mess fast service.

I called and scheduled an initial appointment for an estimate with Sal (Owner). He ended up canceling due to sickness and rescheduled for the following week. The next week Sal was prompt and on-time. He walked us around the property explaining the powerwashing process and since my home is a red brick home with red motar, he explained that I wouldn't necessarily see much improvement as if the brick was of a lighter color. He was very knowledgeable as to what he was capable of renewing. His price was a little expensive but I thought he did a good enough job. However, my only issue(s) were that : The same day that he'd perform his power washing services I noticed he left a advertising sign in my front yard without gaining my permission in advance. He missed power washing some areas of the home where crayon marks and chalk marks were still present. He missed power washing some window seals. However, came back out and corrected the problem.

VERY GOOD, WORKED THROUGH WEATHER CONDITIONS. WOULD USE AGAIN. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
