Walter was quick to schedule me so that I could move my process along. Jason worked quickly and thoroughly. He was neat and professional and the deal through Angie's List was a fair price for the work. Further, he was able to get back out on an alternate date to complete the project that required some additional hours. Overall, I couldn't ask for a better painting experience.

Eric came early and got the job done in 8 hours, using only a half-gallon of paint.

Jason was fast, professional and clean. He finished the walls in about an hour an a half and then proceeded to paint several other walls that needed refreshing. We couldn't be happier with the outcome of this experience and will be looking to rehire them for more things on my to do list.

Premium Home Improvement did a great job painting my Living Room & Dining Room. Everything looks great. Jason was the painter we had. He was such a nice person to deal with, on time, cleaned up after himself. I couldn't be happier. I purchased one of the Angie's list deals with Premium Home Improvement so the price was good too.

I scheduled with the owner weeks in advance. The owner or company did not come on the scheduled date. They did not call, email, or text to inform me that they would not be able to come. I took the time to clear the room, wipe down the walls, go to the store to pick up paint. I had to leave several messages with no response the day of the scheduled paint job. Later, that evening I received a text saying, due to high winds, my phone was down and can you send me some dates. Well I responded to that last minute text and I have not heard back from these people to date.. I planned a trip around this paint job and instead of being stood up I could have been sitting in the sun a day earlier.

It went great! The project got done quickly and exactly as expected. Walter was great to communicate with and competitively priced. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Walter was a great person to have as our painting contractor. Overall best price and did great work. Responded well to calls and texts and gave a good breakdown of different options for the work to be completed especially as this is a rental property. They were on time and completed within expected time phrame. Good quality work and overall great price. In the end I wished we had painted the ceiling too but that was our decision and no fault of the painters. Just to give others advice. Very happy with them and will definitely use again for other rental properties.

I receive a basic text message about 2.5 weeks after I purchased my deal from Walter at Premium Home Improvement saying that he was ready to go if I was ready. I thought that was odd and out of the blue, considering we had not even discussed the scope of work, but OK. I gave him a couple of dates that worked for me thinking that he would respond to set a date. I didn't hear back for several days so I texted back asking if he could let me know the status and I got a "WHO IS THIS?" response. I again, told him who I was and gave him my availability and didn't hear back for 5 days until he just text me today saying be ready at 7:30am tomorrow. When I explained to him that no longer worked, and that I needed a little bit more planning and professionalism, he went off on me and told him I had wasted his time, the contract was canceled and hung up the phone. Very unprofessional - Im asking Angie's List to refund me since I am within 30 days of purchase. I would never allow someone like this into my house based upon our interaction. Smells like trouble and God forbid I had an issue with the service, I can only imagine how he would have treated me. BUYER BEWARE.

Walter and his sons were on time and went right to work. They had my job completed in approximately 6 hours and it was completed with a high level of quality. They are professional contractors who worked to meet my expectations. I was very satisfied at the end of the job. Walter was good to work with and is flexible with odds and ends. They are competitive with their pricing and I really liked that they brought the manpower to finish my project in one day. That made all the difference.

Stayed extra to get job done right after I decided color just wasn't right. I can't wait to see the finished product in all lights of day/night.

On the day of the job, Walter and his son walked through the job with me before getting started. Nothing was talked about that the deal would not cover certain areas, so I went to work without thinking anything other than they might call to give me an estimate for the bedrooms (which was the expectation based on our first conversation and walkthrough). The team worked until mid-afternoon and I received a call from Walter telling me that they would not be completing the entire job because "we ran out of square footage". This meant a room being partially finished, supplies left around the rooms, outlet covers left off, light fixtures hanging, blue paint in our kitchen sink and a paint drips on our brand new wood floors. I spoke with Walter about his estimate and even considered bringing them back to address the issues and complete the job, but the communications became very defensive quickly when I pointed out some of the issues. In the end, we had a credit due to us (which was the reason I considered having them finish the job) and they sent it back after some pushing. We would never use or recommend this company in the future.

Came at the time they said they would and worked very efficiently. Job was well done and we are very satisfied. Walter was willing to do a extra paint job that was not in the contract. Gave a fair price for the amount of work that needed to be done. Would recommend them and would rehire again.

Once I understood why windows and doors are figured into square footage for labor costs, I felt better about the provider. The job was beautifully done, and the guys went the extra mile helping rehang had to reach pictures and reposition other items. The guys made sure out floors and furniture were well covered. Outstanding!

Communication with Walter was great. On the day that the work was to be done Walter and crew arrived early and got right to work. This is a "no-nonsense" business. Arrival, work done, clean up and gone. Recommend them completely.

I am so pleased with the work Jason and Tyler did. They were not only courteous, but the quality of their work was exceptional. Walter, you have a great crew and I will definitely contact you again when we need more painting completed.
