Description of Work: Walter and his crew were amazing! They were on time, provided exceptional quality work and did the job in less than 5 hours. I had 3 bedrooms painted as well as a hallway with a 16' ceiling. I picked out 4 colors, Walter picked up the paint that was needed saving me time and energy. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Description of Work: Appointment set for an arrival time of between 7am to 12pm on a Saturday. After waiting at my home and not receiving a call I called at 11:30am only to receiving a response that " it's not going to happen today". It's fair to say that reliability would be an issue, so we will not be using this company.

Description of Work: Painted several rooms including ceilings which were vaulted. Took a few dates to schedule the job. We exceeded the big deal allowed footage so it got a little confusing on the cost and what I could ask them to add onto the job. They came 45 minutes early on the first day and I wasn't ready for them and it was a bit hectic.

Description of Work: WORK WAS PERFORMED ON Monday March 24th and Friday March 28th. Family room, breakfast room, kitchen and dining room were painted, including crown moldings and chair rail . Wall repairs were made in kitchen, small hallway to garage and family room. Total cost was $1,200.00. Premium Home improvement was very responsive always punctual and very professional. Quality of work was very good. Yes I would hire again. I plan to hire Premium home Improvement for future painting.

Description of Work: Walter is absolutely wonderful. We've had some hardships that caused us to cancel and reschedule appointments, but he's been completely understanding and accommodating. He's been very responsive and communicative throughout the process. Outstanding service!

Description of Work: They did some exterior painting. The deal was for 2 painters for a day, but one painter did most of the work. They were professional and knowledgeable. I probably got about 1.25 painters for the day instead of 2.

Description of Work: The provider called to discuss the Big Deal and let me know full details of what preparation was required for me to do ahead of time. The offer was whole house painting for a smaller home than I have. Since I wanted touch up scattered throughout the house, the provider said he would come by so we could talk about how it could work. He never came. I'm not interested in trying to make this work.
