The crew arrived on time and was very professional and polite. They were patient as we tried to get our three little kids out of the house. They did a nice job on everything and were fast. As we did a final walk through we realized they forgot a few areas and they were quick to take care of it without any issues. They cleaned up after themselves. We would recommend them and hire again.

Gentlemen who performed the service were curious and professional. The works quick but everything turned out great.

It was more than the big deal price of $1899. It was $650 over that price. Everything went very good. Three workers came out. My interaction with them was very good. They left the area clean. They were very very prompt. They finished it within two days.

Initially we had difficulty getting this scheduled. They did not want to honor the deal. They tried to upsell me. I offered to take out a room and pay a little more, but they wanted more.

It went really well, they showed up on time, were very professional and thorough. I would use them again.

I met Walter in February at a house I'd just bought to discuss a painting project. A contractor was working on the house and I told Walter I wanted to start the painting after the contractor was done since they generated a lot of dust. I also said some of the work couldn't be done till I received some new furniture on order to be sure of paint colors. Walter was pleasant, asked for a chart indicating colors for each room and wanted to meet again closer to the job to review the details. The contractor missed two deadlines, which changed I think two starting dates for the painting. I kept in touch with Walter on timing and he seemed understanding. I acknowledged the inconvenience the schedule changes probably caused him. We finally set dates to start and for the briefing meeting he wanted. I contacted him a day or so before the briefing to confirm and he cancelled it. The day he and his crew came to start work, his manner from the minute he arrived was abrupt and unfriendly--quite different from my earlier impression. In going over details of the job, I mentioned that I was fussy about the painting being neat and had high standards about the quality of the work. His reaction was very negative and asked me to explain. I gave examples such as no paint on window hardware or the carpet, that where a colored wall met the white ceiling, the line should be neat, no smudges, etc. He demanded I be there for a portion of that afternoon to see how the job was going. (Ideally I'd have looked in on the project fairly early on, but I had company who were unexpectedly staying on that day.) I told him I'd already planned that evening to look in on the rooms they painted. (I'm not living at the house yet and it's an hour's drive round trip.) I'd told him at our first meeting about my expectations--without getting this huffy reaction. If he wanted me to be there a certain number of hours within a certain frame during the project, that was when he should have told me. His was so surly and unpleasant, I decided to scrap the project. He agreed too saying something to the effect that he didn't want to get involved working with me--implying that I sounded unreasonable and impossible to please. I've worked with a quite a few professional painters over the years and have had no problem with their work or attitude. As I did with Walter, I've let them know my expectations and have never gotten the reaction I got from him! FYI--this house was not a good example of the kind of paint job I wanted--ceramic baseboard tiles had wall paint across the top of them, paint on fixtures, poor wall prep, etc. With no comment from me, they might assume that that kind of work was okay with me. I don't like complaining, but I use Angie's list and if people only write in when they're happy with a service provider, the ratings and reviews won't give a very balanced view of peoples' experiences with a particular company,

Very nice paint job - we bought the big deal for $425 for 16 hours of painting. We had one large room to paint, the 2 painters finished it in less than 8 hours and helped us with a few other smaller projects around the house to make sure we got our money's worth. Our only minor complaint was that they tracked a bit of snow in and onto the carpet - should have put drop cloths down first before bringing in supplies - but overall a positive experience.

gave 3 request days to have service done, no response. very very difficult to get hold of the person. leave messages several times, no response I dont care how good their skills, it's nothing when I can not even schedule the work day. I

They were one time and very nice people. However, they did break one of my lights and the overall quality was "B" rated it was not very clean.

This was my second time using Premium Home Improvement and like before, it was a wonderful experience. I had to reschedule with Walter a couple times and he was very accommodating to my needs. They did a fantastic job, were very polite and courteous, and I'm extremely happy with the results. Will definitely be using Premium Home Improvement again in the future!

They were fine enough. Since I was purchasing a deal, they were not willing to give an estimate. Other painters I spoke with were more than willing to come out and give quotes. They made me responsible for measuring out all the square feet.

Painter started promptly, scraping old paint. We had hired him for one day only, so we weren't expecting him to finish painting the entire garage. He was able to get three sides of it scraped and painted though, which I thought was a pretty good deal for the $279/day deal they offered through Angie's List. Friendly guy, nice job.

The 3 painters arrived promptly at 8:30 AM and worked until about 4:00 PM. They finished in less than a day, were very neat and cleaned up everything before leaving. I thought that they should have taped the ceiling when painting the walls as they did the baseboard, but they said that they don't do that. All in all we were very happy with the job they did. Especially that they were finished so quickly. I thought that only one person would be doing the painting over a few days. It was a real plus when 3 painters arrived and finished so quickly. Nice job!

The painter is not bonded and insured enough for the home owners association in the condo building where my son lives.

The estimate was fine, and they showed up on time. They came in on Saturday, and they didn't get back to me until the 15th, and by that time I had signed my contract with another painter. Their price was comparable. He took all his notes, and told me that he would send me the price. They didn't even give me a written estimate, they just called me.

I purchases the 2 painters for a day Big Deal. This is the second time I have used Walter and his team. They do an excellent job for a fair price. They finished my original job a little bit early and asked me what else they could.And the paint job is pretty much perfect.

Company is not able to perform service until sometime in December. We need the job completed this month.

Walter, his Son, and crew were great! They were on time both mornings and finished the job early. They patched several cracks in the ceiling and walls. They also prepped the newly installed base boards and doors to be painted. Walter was very helpful and answered all my questions. The crew clean up after themselves and the paint looks great! I am happy I chose Premium Home Improvements!

After some problems getting together for a quote due to his schedule and our vacation, Walter came to review and quote the job on Saturday 10/11. He called us with a price on Monday evening with an offer to do the painting on Tuesday. We took him up on the offer. He obtained the paint and was at our place at the appointed time. Walter and his helper finished the job by 1 PM. The job was perfect.

I feel it didnt go too well. I needed him to take the wallpaper down first and he painted the ceiling. He advised me that my walls were too rough to paint. I need to get someone else to complete the job. I'm not sure if he was right or wrong.

I had trouble scheduling. I purchased the deal in Oct of 2013.. He said to call again in the spring. Finally got him to come out at the end of September 2014. He only painted one side of the house and window trim with one coat of paint. He said I had to purchase the paint when in fact it states it in the deal. He said he would give me $160 credit towards paint. He gave me a bid to paint the rest of my house $3,350 and for me to supply the paint. Other painters are in shock with this bid. I could pull ads out of the mail for less.

The entire process was fantastic! Walter originally was referred to us by a friend who used his services in the past. When he came out to complete the quote, I mentioned the Angie's List coupon's available on the website. After explaining the scope of the project he said the coupon wouldn't be the best way to go because of everything we wanted done. He didn't come off like he was trying to upsell, but instead truthfully diagnosed the best route to go. Walter quickly got back to us with a quote that was very competitive compared to the other painters we had to the house. Today, Walter and his crew came out to complete the job. They were all very polite and professional. The job was done in one day and we couldn't be happier! It turned out amazing! They did a walk through with us after the job to make sure everything was to our liking. The painting was perfect and our condo was clean from paint and other debris. If anyone is looking for a clean, professional and competitive painting company, these are your guys! We would recommend them to everyone! Great job Walter!
