Our windows are surrounded by crumbling cement. The price given was for a "worst case scenario" three day job. The crew finished in one day, didn't remove all the metal casings as planned, but still charged the "worst case" price. The cement around the windows is already crumbling. The owner called, after several contact attempts, and said he would take send someone to try to make it look better. That was weeks ago, and he has not sent anyone, called again or refunded any money for an incomplete job.

It was generally very good. They came out and gave me a quote and it was very prompt. They came in to install it and there were no problems with that, everything was very good.

We were anxious to have job completed quickly. Company fit us in earlier than promised. Performed job as they said they would. Added touch-up tuckpointing on the inside when we requested. Original window was out of square; company did their best to adjust this misalignment so that the new vent appears level.

The owner and another man showed up at 9:30 and only completed two windows the entire day. These windows were pre-made and only needed to be installed into the openings. He said the house is badly out of square, despite the fact that he was out on two different occasions to measure the windows. He had a manual miter box and no power tools of any kind. My dryer vent was knocked out of my dryer and not replaced, a clothes rack was shattered into pieces, and he was smoking cigars in my house. He didn't apologize when my wife smelled the smoke and told him to stop smoking. Took the entire second day to complete the other three windows. The framing work is not the greatest and the windows appear to be tilting inward somewhat. He did not trim the windows on the outside despite promising to do so when we agreed on a price.

I INITIALLY PHONED THEM AS A REFERRAL FROM A FRIEND. I REQUESTED AN ESTIMATE ON THE REPLACEMENT OF AN OLD, GLASS-SECTIONED VENTILATION WINDOW (WOULDN'T FULLY CLOSE) IN OUR EXISTING 1ST FLOOR GLASS BLOCK WINDOW. THEY WERE THE ONLY FIRM I CONTACTED (OUT OF 4 FIRMS, 3 OF THEM FROM ANGIE'S) WHO WOULD JUST REPLACE THE CENTER VENT, RATHER THAN THE WHOLE GLASS BLOCK. ORDERED THE PRIVACY VENT AND IT ARRIVED A FEW WEEKS LATER. SETTING AN INSTALLATION TIME WAS INITIALLY DIFFICULT AS THEIR HOURS ARE 8 A-4:30 P WEEKDAYS AND NO WEEKENDS, BUT WE FINALLY FOUND TIME A FEW WEEKS LATER. CREW ARRIVED PUNCTUALLY, WERE POLITE, WENT RIGHT TO WORK. RESULT IS GREAT; BEAUTIFUL MODERN VENT IN WINDOW, AND THE ROOM IS NOW MUCH WARMER BECAUSE OF IT. PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE, VERY REASONABLY PRICED. APPRECIATED THE PERSONAL, LOCAL SERVICE AS WELL. WOULD RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.
