Description of Work: We needed to redo a bathroom quickly and on a budget. Michal was great - gave a detailed estimate, got to work quickly, and made great recommendations. We are new homeowners so have very little experience with this sort of thing, but Michal was able to answer our questions and help us figure things out as we went. The new bathroom looks (and works) great - highly recommended.

+ -1 moreSo respectful and clean with the work he does. You just don't even know that he was here even while cutting drywall. Shockingly amazing. Gives recommendations if we come up with something that we want, but doesn't think it is the right approach he will use his knowledge to help explain why it might not be a good way.

Description of Work: Michal is really friendly and explains to you the service that you want to inquire about. Also if there are unforseen issues that arises he would explain the options that you have to fix it, and also why such issues happen. The craftsmanship is very good, and his attention to detail is great. We originally used him for rewiring our home (recessed lighting, pulled new data and audio cables through the walls; then we used him to remodel our first floor which included, heated floors, and complete remodel of the bathroom; and we recently remodeled our main bath with him, which we love to death.

Description of Work: He's a licensed electrician that has expanded into remodeling. His latest job included putting in 5 new windows and stained them. He also put in a tiled splash guard in my kitchen.

+ -1 moreMichal was the BEST contractor we have ever worked with. He showed up on time every day. He finished the job exactly within the time frame that he commited to in the quote. The project came in on time and on budget. The quality of the work is excellent. All of the subcontractors were superb. He took care to clean up every day and isolate the work area from the rest of our living space. We would definitely like to work with him again.
Description of Work: Michal was the general contractor for our master bedroom renovation and closet build out. The work entailed a demolition of the existing space, installation of closet walls, drywall over existing plaster on all walls, painting, and hardwood floor installation.

+ -1 moreSUPERB! Easy to communicate with, punctual, nice workman, and cleaned up well. My friends have used Mike and were very pleased.. His estimate was certainly fair and even with the things we added the cost was extremely reasonable. Mike always arrived on time, covered the hardwood floor and staircase to the work area, and cleaned up each day when he left. Professional, personable and trusted... Every bit of the work he did looks perfect and works well! We have, and will continue to, recommend Jim to everyone. DOES MORE THAN JUST KITCHENS AND BATHS.

Mike (the owner) showed up right on time, he was very professional, had a great ideas about the project and estimate was resonable so I hired him. They stared on scheduled day, they kept me updated about the job progress, communication was excellent. Everything was done as said and I really could not complain about anything. I'm really happy how my basement looks now and I would recommend this company to everybody.
