Moore Construction, Inc. is a licensed, bonded and insured specialist in flat roofs, shingle roofs, seamless gutters, soffit, fascia, and vinyl siding. We serve all of the Chicago area including most suburbs and Northwest Indiana. We are family owned and operated, and you deal directly with the owner, Michael Moore. All of our work is guaranteed and performed by our uniformed employees, with supervision on every job. Commercial & residential. We apologize that we weren't able to serve you but we have no record of the messages. We are in a temporary location; since we moved from our old office and are waiting for construction of our new office to be completed. The transferring of the calls from the old numbers to the new numbers has not been great, and we believe we have missed some calls. It is frustrating for us as we know it is for you. Description of Work: Replaced our 20 year old roof and one gutter and collection box. Moore Construction is such a great company to work with. They always kept in communication with me, when weather would not permit them to meet schedules, told me when things are delayed because of manufacturing, and always made sure that I was happy with their work product. I would highly recommend them !

We received a call from the client and called back that day to set up an appointment for and estimate visit. She never called us back. After we saw the negative review, we looked at our notes, found the client's number and called the client back. We did speak with her and asked her to look into whether this may be a mistake. Michael never met with the client, nor did he do an estimate at the client's home; therefore, no proposal was made. This was not us; it was obviously another company and a mistake.

Description of Work: Moore replaced our gutters. It wasn't an easy job. They worked precisely to match the color to our trim. They worked quickly so as not to be intrusive on our life. They were patient, kind, and attentive to detail. I have recommended them to 2 of our neighbors who have used them and been completely satisfied with their service as well

Description of Work: I had Them here for estimate. Very friendly and professional. I can't comment on work yet. (New gutters, soffit and facia). They sent proposal via email. Unfortunately I do not have a printer to copy and sign proposal. So I need it sent through mail. I have to call to ask for proposal to sign. Surprised I have not heard from them yet. I'm calling today. I'll let you know more once contract is signed

Description of Work: We had used Moore Construction in the past for house roof repairs and gutters - were completely satisfied. Sent an email through Angies List in April 2011 and a follow up call for estimate on garage (tearoff, shingles and gutters). Mentioned we were a former customer. Never got a response. Very strange. Went with a different company who wanted the business.

Good.
Description of Work: Two old roofs were removed; some repairs were made; new roof was put on. The roof looks great, they did the work in two days even though there was at least eight inches of snow on the ground. Men were very easy and pleasant to work with. Picked up nails from the ground with a magnet device. Told me they would return when the snow was gone to check again to see that all nails were picked up since I have small grandcdhildren.
