The worker arrived early as promised and most work was completed in one day. They ran short of guttercaps and said they would return the following day. They did. The job was done to our complete satisfaction.

Michael and his crew started with our gutters and we continued to rehire him for multiple subsequent jobs [roof, gable, etc.] due to his outstanding professionalism and meticulous work! We have referred him to various friends and neighbors who have been just as impressed with both Michael himself, his crew, and the work, price, and time line from project start to finish. I have never worked with a general contractor of Michael's caliber. He is the rock star of all contractors ... truly! His estimates beat out other bids consistently, his professionalism, his on-time record, work and clean-up blow the others out of the water. Having Moore and his crew working on our home was a pleasure. How often can you say that?! Michael shows up on time and if he is going to be even a few minutes late [which is rare] he calls. While the job is in progress - his crew and he are extremely courteous, respectful and clean up so beautifully that you'd never know they had been there! On top of this, Moore even made post job phone calls to be sure we were satisfied and on one particular problematic spot on our roof - be even came by in person for a post job visit to be sure his work was effective. I can not say enough when it comes to this contractor!! I've never trusted or learned so much before. Michael took the time to explain everything before he started, during the process and recapped in the end. Lastly, I have never paid over estimate. He realistically and accurately gives you the bottom line upfront and consistently comes in at budget in the end. Thank you Michael and Crew. We will continue to use you and refer you to others. It went very well. He was the lowest estimate. He was very good. I would hire him again. He was very professional. He showed up on time.

Estimate: on time very informative. Work done: workers on time , did everything asked cleaned up and were gone in about half a day.

The gutters on the front of the house had improper flashing and weren't angled well for appropriate drainage. Michael Moore was prompt in his appointment to do the estimate, and in submitting an estimate. He scheduled the work about 2 weeks after I signed the contract with him. In the meantime, I started having leaking in the back of the house and called him to see if the back was also a gutter problem. He looked at that and fixed it on the same day as the work on the front. So far three days of rain, and all is dry.

This job went very well. Moore Construction provided a very fair bid amongst the 5 different bids that we received for this job. The crew showed up on time and began work right away. Michael was at the job site at the beginning of the job to make sure everything planned out just as we wanted it, and stopped back throughout the day. He was very good about keeping us updated anytime there was an issue, such as a the rain delay that we encountered. Overall the quality of the work done was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I thought it was thoughtful that they told me to call them back to remove the gutters when I have the roof replaced to ensure that they are removed and replaced properly. They were very thorough in planning the project.

Verry happy with service and price. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Everything was done perfectly. I am writing this report during a major thunderstorm, and a gutter that would have allowed gallons of water to pour out is now holding everything. In addition, Michael and his crew repaired an area of our slate roof that started to leak after we initially contracted with him. He repaired that area of the roof FREE OF CHARGE!

Michael was happy to come over and give me a quote after really giving the gutters a good look. He was very friendly and his quote came in lower than two others. His team came and knocked the job out in a day. He had ideas about better downspout placement and suggested that we use brick red instead of white for the ones that attached to the front of the house. They don't show at all now. We went with extra wide downspouts and after several heavy rains, the basement remains bone dry! This was always a problem for us. We couldn't be happier with Michael's team and workmanship. I highly recommend him!

Michael Moore, the owner, was very personable and discussed all details of the job. I had a 30 year Timberline architectural roof from GAF installed. There were other minor, but important details, as additional roof vents, flashing around the chimney, water shielding for the whole gently sloped front, as well as around the border of the whole roof. There was some accidental damage done to several ceramic tiles on my front porch/steps, and Michael was first class in handling the costs of having it repaired. He stayed in contact with me throughout the job, and his crew cleaned everything up very well.

Moore Construction was 1 of 3 estimates & their price was right in the middle. Michael, the owner, explained in great detail what the job would entail & the possible issues that may come up (esp since our house is 80 yrs old). When we committed to do the job, I received a very organized folder with all the paperwork, license info & references. He dropped off samples of the gable shingles & directed me to his supplier to look at actual shingles since we couldn't decide on color. I appreciated Michael's extensive knowledge(without talking down to me) as I had never bought a roof before. Though most would wait until summer, we needed to do ours at the beginning of winter. A 3 day job ran about a week & a half because the weather was incredibly brutal. Michael's crew were very dedicated & he kept me posted on the daily schedule. We did a walk around at completion & answered all my questions. I will not hesitate to call him for future projects. He takes his business very seriously.

I don't know if this is standard procedure but he didn't even measure to give me the estimate or get on a ladder to look at the gutters.

From start to finish Michael Moore was one of the most professional contractors we have ever had the pleasure to work with in our home. Michael came out to our house and walked the prospective job taking notes. We had a detailed quote complete with his certificate of liability insurance and brochures of the products he suggested using on our roof. His quote was more than reasonable and we immediately booked him for the job. His team was professional and courteous, moving materials and trucks when needed etc. They worked non-stop on the job for 1 1/2 days and when finished the cleaned up and left absolutely no trace. Michael came back on day 3 for payment and is a down to earth, friendly and professional contractor. I'd not only use him again I would recommend him to anyone wanting roofing and gutter work done to their home.

Work was completed within an afternoon; workers cleaned up all debris; when contacted about a leak which remained after the work was completed - the workers returned and addressed the area; very prompt and easy to deal with; no surprises; contract price rather than an estimate used.

They are very responsive. Michael didn't do the work in my house, but he came in the morning and after it was finished to supervise. They had sided my two cars garage before with aluminum, and it had cost $3200. I got other estimates and they were right in between.

EXCELLENT!! The owner came out quickly and gave us an estimate well below what others were quoting. His quote was accompanied by a certificate of insurance and a list of jobs completed in our area. (I did check one of the references and got a glowing report). He was able to work with the existing gutters (half round) which are part of the historic architecture of the house. His workmen were polite and quick and responded to all questions we had while work was ongoing. The owner-Mike was on site at the beginning and the end of the job to make sure we were satisfied. His company was the only one not suggesting total replacement of the gutters, saying we could get at least 6 or 7 years more out of the current gutters. As luck would have it, it rained hard the day after they finished the job and everything was PERFECT!!!

Michael Moore, the owner, returned my first call for a quote on the same day I called. He came out a few days later and I received a nice folder with a written quote and material brochures inside and proof of insurance came a few days later. The crew was professional, the job was done on-time and they did an excellent job. Michael Moore came out for a walk-through to be sure the job was completed to our satisfaction.

Fantastic! I would highly recommend Moore Construction for gutter replacement. They were on time, professional and careful with my property. I was concerned after the first day because there were large nails and several piles of debris all around, but by the end of the next day ALL of it was gone. It was if they had never been here. As an added bonus they rerouted two of my downspouts and it took care of a minor basement leak I'd had during heavy downpours. Hire them!

Very well. They were professional. They were a day late as they had other jobs and we had a lot of rain this fall that made them get behind, but we didn't have a problem with the short delay. They cleaned up after themselves. We bought some rain barrels and they were able to set these up for us.
