They came out and did the estimate. They spoke to the insurance company. They were very helpful. It was a good experience. The insurance company paid for it but we had to pay the deductible which was $1000.

They were wonderful and about half the price of the other company that we talked to. I would use them again in the future.

They were very good, providing me quality work for the money. They were able to squeeze me in their busy schedule. I will continue to use them in the future.

It went very well. They had a couple of things to touch up and they finished that last week. It was pleasant from start to finish. Michael was out here when he said he would be for the estimate. I contacted several companies and their prices were pretty close to each other. I liked my conversation with him. We had some problems with the water and when they were finally able to show up, it was great. I can't say enough good things about them.

He was very professional. He sent us a very professional brochure which had a copy of his insurance. He gave us a written copy of everything he would do. He gave us a brochure on the actual gutters we were getting. Everything was in a nice folder. I have never gotten anything that was that complete. They were prompt. They did the work in the time they said they would. We got an estimate for our roof in two days and we are going to use him again.

The experience was good. I give Moore Construction Inc. all A's for their service. I would use them again in the future.

Extremely well - I had a real issue with one of the downspouts and other companies that I had called to give me an estimate were unreasonable as to how they could handle this issue. Moore told me from the beginning not to worry about they could handle it and they did!!

Scheduled an appointment for an estimate to install new gutters for a home addition and also get pricing to replace the other existing gutters. Michael Moore showed up on the day and even called ahead of time to inform me he would be a few minutes late because of traffic. Upon arrival, Michael was very friendly and professional, listening to what I wanted and suggesting options. He told me he would get back to me quickly with an estimate, and to my surprise, a full proposal showed up in the mail within two days. The proposal included pricing, detailed descriptions for the work to be performed, and brochures for the gutter covers and so forth. Satisfied with the proposal, I called to schedule the job. On the morning of the installation, Michael Moore called to tell me that his team was on the way and what to expect. He said that Luis was going to be the foreman and would answer any questions. The team of three (the foreman and two installers) showed up promptly and after introductions, went to work. They noticed that I had rain barrels in my yard and offered to set up the downspouts so they could accomodate them. As the job neared completion, Luis (the foreman) walked me around the house to inspect the job and asked if I had any questions. Upon completion, the team combed the property area to pick any loose nails and other debris. Finally, before they left, Michael called again to ask how I thought the job looked and if I had any questions. Upon inspection, I could tell that they did a very neat, and solid job - a big improvement from the old gutters. Ironically, it rained the next day, and the gutters worked flawlessly (pitched and hung properly) and the rain barrels filled up!. Overall, Moore Construction gets an A +. Good people doing professional work, at a reasonable price. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

I called them and they came out to give me an estimate. They were really good about working with our schedule. They came out and had the job done in a couple hours. They did a good job, so far anyway. I'm pretty happy with the results. I had five estimates and they were all about the same, so I would say their price was about average. The gutters looks good. They were pretty much on time.

First off, when we scheduled an appointment for an estimate, we were pleased to meet Mike, the owner! He walked around the property with me, surveyed what needed to be done, discussed options and answered all of my questions. Of all the people I met, I felt most at-ease and comfortable with Mike. He seemed honest and educated on his job. The rain didn't help us with scheduling, but once the guys got out here - they did excellent work and did so with respect to the fact that I was working from home. They answered any questions I had, worked full days, were very respectful and cleaned-up after themselves nicely. Good, trustworthy, hard-working people are hard to find - but you'll find them at Moore Construction.

As far as I know, they did a great job. (The qualifier is just because I did not climb up the 25 foot ladder to actually LOOK at the completed roof, and even if I had, I wouldn't know what to look for to know whether they did a good job or not. The roof doesn't leak, though, and looks fine from the ground.) His crew was on time, polite, and professional. The job took them about a day, and they cleaned up perfectly. Michael's quote was the lowest we received; we had also gotten a great quote for gutters and soffits/fascia from him, which we had planned to do until we suddenly sold our house (the buyers opted to have us do the roof instead of the other work). My only complaint would be that when his workers tore off the old roof, they dropped the pieces of it onto my lawn. Though the big pieces of whatever it is (rubber? asphalt?) only sat on the grass for a few hours before being cleaned up, they somehow killed all the grass underneath them, so now I have these immense, oddly-shaped yellow patches on my lawn.

Working with Moore Construction was a delight! Michael helped us compare the line items of the various quotes we got, so we were comparing apples to apples. He was very patient in helping us understand the procedure, the options, and the benefits. He offered the best value. But we also chose him because of his professionalism and transparency. He kept to his word on all accounts. Our project was delayed several days because of persistent rain but he was very communicative throughout. Ultimately they started per the new promised time and finished on schedule. His team was very hardworking and respectful of the property. It was left immaculate. I cannot say enough positive things about Michael and his team. Hassle free high quality no surprises!!

They did a great job, They were prompt in starting the job and very good at cleaning up when they were finished. Excellent follow through on phone calls as well.

I had a bird's nest between the gutter and the building on one side housing a whole extended family of birds, the downspout was not securely attached to the wall on the other side, and there was a rip or hole in the downspout. Mr. Moore suggested that I replace the downspout but when I asked if it could be repaired, he gave me an estimate to repair instead of replace. I told him I was concerned about cost but I wanted the job done correctly. There was a slight delay due to the weather (I believe this was one of the wettest months in a long time) but Mr. Moore kept me informed about the date work would start so I did not feel as though he was not interested in the job. The crew started work on the day he said they would start, Mr. Moore inspected the work, and the job was finished quickly. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Excellent, from start to finish. Moore?s experienced crew are experts and clearly believe in customer satisfaction. About a month and a half after they?d installed the gutters and downspouts, I made an appointment to get an estimate for additional work. On the day of our appointment I was surprised when Moore?s foreman Luis and an assistant arrived and instead of surveying the new job and giving a cost estimate, began unloading gutters, etc., said they were doing the additional job then and there, free of charge, and proceeded to do exactly that. It was not an easy job. In addition to cutting and attaching a new downspout gutter to run the entire length of my backyard between the foot-and-a-half space between my 4-1/2-ft tall fence and the neighbor?s 6-ft-tall fence, they had to somehow reach down -- half climbing -- into the narrow space between the two fences to place the new downspout properly and at the correct angle. They did a terrific job. They?re professional and friendly and really know what they?re doing. This was much more than originally contracted for, but they insisted it was all part of their service. Further, Michael Moore phoned a few days later to be sure I was completely happy with the installation. I can only say thanks to Moore Construction, and to Angie?s List for supplying the name of this very expert and service-oriented contractor.

They did a terrific job. The stud problem was unexpected, but they took care of that, too, and still got everything done the same day.

Michal Moore is just the best. Mr. Moore is the company's owner. I was surprised that he personally came out to provide the initial estimate himself. He answered all of my questions completely and, in fact, provided me with a very practical solution to the icing problem on my front stoop/porch resulting from poor rain water drainage. I knew he was on the level when he talked me out of my preferred choice of leaf proof gutters. He explained to me that that kind of drainage system, while a good product and appropriate for some homeowners, would not be appropriate for my home. Bravo to Mr. Moore for his honesty and integrity in recommending a less expensive but more efficinet product for my home. I was impressd that he'd put my actual needs above any profit incentive. Mr. Moore put four guys on my job. I have to say, these guys were extremly hard working. These guys worked very hard all day. There was no slacking here! The job was completed on time and for the price quoted. I understand why these guys are so highly rated on Angie's list. It is well deserved. I would definitely hire these guys again and I'd recommend them to others. Honestly, when I phoned the office, the administrative staff was fantastic, Mr. Moore was fantastic and the actual labour in the field was fantastic. There's no reason not to use Moore Construction again.

I was happy with their services. The price was a little high. I was satisfied with the warranty that came with using them. He was willing to lower the price because I priced around.

I had 2 different projects to cover with my income tax refund. Because of the serious weather we had over the winter, I HAD to do the gutters for the overall benefit of my property. Michael Moore was the only gutter guy who had the kind of leaf abatement system I wanted. It was a slotted screen that fits over the gutters rather than the helmet type I've seen advertised. He was very friendly but professional. When all the estimates came in higher than I expected, I proposed a payment plan which he accepted quickly. I paid approximately half when the work was completed and will pay of the balance over the next 10 months. The only glitch was letting Moore construction know when my tax refund was available. I left a message with an expected date but never called back to verify until the evening before I expected them. They weren't ready, so I had to wait a few more days. I also had to have a slightly different color of gutter because the brochure they sent was an older version but the difference was so slight, it was no big deal. I had some questions about the way the downspounts were attached after the work was completed. Michael went through every question I had and covered a few things that I didn't even think about. He and his crew were just great!

Their price was very reasonable. There was a little problem where I needed an extender on a gutter. He came back and did that. His workers did the work in 1 day. I didn t see much of them. When I came back home from work, they were packing up. Their work was neat. They didn t leave any trash behind.

It was wonderful. Michael was professional and prompt. Having to contend with winter weather, he informed that the job would not start for a few weeks, but they were there on the first nice day (before we expected the work to start). The crew was efficient and cleaned up all the debris. After the job was finished, Michael inspected not just the gutters, but the clean-up job, as well. I would certainly hire again.
