Mark was fantastic! He diagnosed the problem within minutes and had fixed the problem within a half hour. Now it works like a charm!! I couldn't have been happier with the experience.

Our two year old garage door was getting stuck and would not fully open. I called Mark and he came the same day. Mark was professional and courteous. He adjusted and oiled the door and he adjusted the spring tension. Mark noticed the weather stripping at the bottom of the door was loose and he reattached that as well.

This guy is great. He has been working in the business for years, and installed the opener on our garage door for the former owner. Because it is a wooden door over 200 lbs, over time the tension springs snap and need to be replaced. He came out immediately (my wife and I were lucky that one of the cars were out of the garage. Otherwise we would have been stuck without a car.) He did the work and had the new springs quickly. He also tensioned them properly, something that the average Joe should not do, it's a bit dangerous from what I understand that is if you don't know what you're doing. I don't, but he did.
