Description of Work: I hire Ken Frait for all of my roofing projects since I purchased my house in 1999. He is prompt, thorough, and fair. He never tried to sell me a repair that I did not need. In fact for 5 years I he told me that I did not need a new roof... and then finally it was time to replace it. I should have entered him in Angie's List a long time ago. In additional to his fair and reliable service he's a very nice person. So refreshing to find someone who is consistent with great service.
