Anthony was great. He was able to come immediately, diagnosed the problem right away, and explained everything he was doing in detail as he disassembled the inside of the AC unit's maintenance panel. He had to run out and buy an unusual part to complete the repair, but was only gone for about a half hour and then came right back and finished up. I would definitely recommend him, and would hire him again in the future!

Ferraro HVAC charged less than other companies. He quickly realized that a part on our air conditioner needed to be replaced and recommended a less expensive but better quality part than the unit was installed with.

They did a perfect job! I got in touch with the service provider and I did not know that they have 24/7 service but I found it was no extra charge for them to come out on a Sunday. He was very knowledgeable and the price was great. I wish I knew about this company sooner.

At the end of the summer last year the compressor on my central air unit would not kick on. We waited until this summer to have it serviced. Anthony Ferraro came out, checked the unit and explained his process, testing everything prior to checking the compressor, the most expensive item to replace in my 30 year old Trane. Anthony was able to determine it was bad starters and replaced them. He also checked to ensure the unit wasn't undercharged or overcharged. He's been out before to check my furnace as well and gave a thorough explanation as to what he looks for. Great work at a great price! I highly recommend him.
