F & E CONSTRUCTION

I was quite apprehensive about hiring anyone to do this, wary of cost overruns and such. Frank, did exactly what we discussed, and then some, but only charged me the amount quoted. He reassured me periodically and answered my questions. Nothing was wasted and they cleaned up thoroughly. The job was done same day despite a rain delay.

After receiving several offers, I chose F & E based on their bid. I was a little nervous because the price was much lower than the other bidders and I was concerned that the service would not be as good. I couldn't have been more wrong. Frank was very knowledgeable, he was honest and did a terrific job. He took his time and did quality work. He really cares about the quality of his work and does not cut corners.

I got a quote from F & E construction and 2 other companies from Angie's List. Frank's quote was substantially lower than the other quote and he was able to do some work that the other companies couldn't. This garage was in really bad shape and needed a lot of work. I'm very pleased with the results. The siding looks great, and with the new wood, the garage should last for many more years. My neighbors were so impressed that 3 of them asked for F & E do to some work on their houses. In addition, Frank is professional, reliable, and polite. He returns calls promptly, arrives when he says he will, is responsive to requests, and is very conscientious about doing a good job. Frank is also reasonable in his rates, and tries to keep costs down without cutting the quality of the work. I would definitely recommend this company to others and have already lined up my next job with F & E.
