The technician arrived to assess our water heater, and he recommended a replacement. He advised us that the company will perform the installation the next day and will call later with the confirmation time. We did not receive a phone call. I called them the following day, and they informed me that they were unavailable for the installation until three days. Since I have already made a 50% payment for the service, I agreed to the date. However, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the poor communication between the customer and the company.

They were on time. Found the problem, and took care of it.

They quoted the price and then when they got there suddenly it was all these add-ons that they needed to charge me for so after the initial quote of 1800 I ended up paying $1,000 more and it never explained why. I checked the price of the unit they installed it was under $1,000 I just do not think it costs $1,800 for 4 hours of work

Very professional guys. They identified the problem and let me know how they would resolve it. They worked quickly and left things cleaner than they found it. Very painless process. I like that.

The technician was courteous and efficient. He was on time and appeared to know what he was doing. I know that he does not fix the charges but I do not think that the price matched the amount of time that William spent sealing the drain of the kitchen sink. I will be searching for a better value for my next project.

They were on time and quoted us a good price. We went with them and they had to pop out to get some parts and let us know when they were coming back. We had the garbage disposal removed and a new faucet installed. Would definitely recommend.
