They called to see if it would be okay if they came earlier than our scheduled appointment (awesome). Upon arrival, Jon B and Kevin were extremely professional and courteous. Jon is very knowledgeable. He managed to troubleshoot a water pressure issue quickly and resolved it in no time. He also brought a drain pipe issue to my attention (the build up of grease) and suggested several low-cost recommendations to remedy it myself. The kitchen faucet and sink are back to working the way they should. I couldn't be more happy with the service. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them for any future plumbing needs.

I believe it was Mike that gave me the initial estimate. He showed up early for our appointment. Very professional and knowledgable. He let me know up front that he was a little more expensive than some of the competition. I was told to expect the installer that same afternoon between 2-5. He showed up at 1. Again very professional and courteous. Wish I could remember his name. He did an excellent job. Very happy with the entire experience and did not mind spending the few extra bucks. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

The quality of service was good, the plumber that came out was very knowledgeable and immediately detected the problem. But the plumbing business is a total rip off. Five hundred dollars for a shut off valve??? I am still in shock, I could not recommend this service or this company to anyone. I now have to file bankruptcy for a shut off valve..

Dave diagnosed the problem for me and didn't try to sell me work I didn't need. I'll be able to fix the problem myself.

Worker showed up at 2 after I was given a 9-11 window... apparently their internal scheduling was wrong which resulted in 5+ hours of waiting for them to show up. I had to call after they missed the initial window - there was no proactive communication about schedule time or delays. I went back and forth with the office person about when the technician would actually show up, and she underestimated it by about 1.5 hours. I will say that they comped the visit as a result of my feedback about the scheduling, but still - peoples' time is valuable, and it's not OK to get the scheduling that wrong.

A bit over priced, in my opinion, but GREAT survice

This company will be my go to company for my plumbing needs. The service tech Mike, cleaned up after himself and actually replaced the pipes better than they were originally put in.
