Service was great. Finished before promised date

Victor Garcia was very professional and punctual. Our couches were actually completed sooner than the time frame he gave us. A fabulous surprise! I had trouble finding the fabric I wanted and he and his father were very patient. It is obvious to me they love what they do and do what they love. It really went very smoothly and Dos and Don'ts are not really applicable. Our furniture was hard to get in and out of our little home and somehow they did it with damaging the furniture, the walls or themselves!

They're great. They do really great work.

They did a good job of keeping me informed because they couldn't do it immediately. They were very accommodating with me to come up with an official service day. I was happy with the results. I've used them in the past as well. They are appropriately priced.

Victor Senior arrived on time today. He removed the back section of the sofa and replaced it with a compatible material. He then fit the material to the damaged portion. Victor Sr.'s work is phenominal and he was a joy to have in our home.

Father's business passed to son. Father had done several other pieces in past for us and quotes were always verbal or undetailed. Work had been good quality. Price quoted for recovering love seats from father included refinishing legs and arms. Love seats delivered by son did not. We feel son should have clarified work when noticing that arms and legs needed refinishing. To deliver furniture in that condition was unprofessional. Desk chair was delivered with new scratches on arms not present when chair was picked up for recovering. Son insisted they were preexisting. They were obviously new. We will no longer use this company for upholstery.
